The flat was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of space to relax. There is a playpark closed to the flat. It's a very quite place to stay.

The parking can be tricky if you are poor at parallel parking. They will probably want to clean the windows as there are quite a lot of spider webs.

Clean inside, good kitchen facilities. Towels all good quality.

Sofa not big enough for 4. There is plenty of room for an additional chair, ridiculous that there is not enough seating. Outside and door area filthy, not very welcoming.

Fantastic location, ideal base, nice quiet area and easy to find.

Struggled with the key safe. There was no mirror in the entire flat, the settee was very uncomfortable and the deposit was disproportionate for a weekend stay.
