Not particularly in good condition and lots of boxes everywhere outside and inside

Good location; Grant was very accommodating regarding replies to questions prior to arrival and after arrival as well. Bed room was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was a little challenging as the shower was actually a bath tub with a hand held sprayer. Most rental properties provide soap/shampoo, but none were available here and we had not packed any. We made due.

the host grant is a gentleman can’t fault this place whatsoever perfect for a nice quiet break

It was in an ideal location for what I needed. Bedroom was massive & very comfortable. Only saw Grant once but the communication & help from him was faultless. If occasion arose I would definitely book again.
Bannister was wobbly. And a lot of clutter on the landing, kitchen & 1 of the toilets.

Grant is a lovely host and quite accommodating. Perfect place if you are working in the area.

We both enjoyed our stay at the Woodard House and would come again to take abit of time for ourselves.The bedroom is great and comfortable and the location of the place is great too for abit of peace and quiet.
The only disappointment to the place that the the tea and coffee facilities due to the milk was out of date and very off so it was black coffee only for us.Other than that we enjoyed our stay

The room I was allocated must have had a recent new coat of paint (that nice smell) and then the bed might have been new and certainly comfortable. Plus new carpets around the house. In this respect it was as good as any hotel. Clean as a whistle in every respect.
No terrestrial TV / no shower curtain / no information on facilities I could use (ie kitchen) ; eg to make a cuppa.

Grant our host was lovely, he gaves a lift to local train station, room was fab would definitely book here again
