This was the perfect spot for our corporate team outing. The large living room, dining area and back deck was plenty of room for the team to spread out and relax. The garage, ping pong table and corn hole boards were a huge bonus! Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee in the back deck was simply perfect. Large country home with a short distance to downtown Covington. This house had everything you could need. Plenty of towels for 20 people. The property owners made sure you don’t have to go to the store for dishwasher soap, garbage bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry soap, paper towels! A lot of extras you don’t usually see. This was a great place for the 20 of us! Would highly recommend it!

I travelled with a very large group for a few days of activities in the N Kentucky/Cincinnati area and this was the perfect home for our stay. The space was just as expected and gave not only adequate sleeping space, but many areas for groups to hang out and enjoy various activities during our times back at the house. The house is really adaptable and groups or large families will find it a perfect setting. Beyond that, the hosts were absolutely great to work with. Communication was timely, friendly, and helpful. Possibly my favorite VRBO hosts so far! I highly recommend this home and any others run by these hosts!

This property was perfect for my friends and I who were looking for a girls trip for the weekend. The house was well stocked and inviting, the check-in process was very simple, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A Krogers and Party Source were within 10 minute drives and we were able to Uber to downtown Cincy for less than $15/10 min ride. Would definitely recommend for any large group!

We did notice that for the capacity of the property the number of larger pans was limited. Could have used an electric griddle or stove top griddle. and a four slice toaster.

Great place to relax and unwind
The property is beautiful! There was plenty of space for my group of 15 to sit around and knit, talk, relax. Tons of plates, bowls, utensils, etc and everyone liked that the shelves in the kitchen were labeled! The grill worked wonderfully and there was plenty of patio furniture for those who wanted to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a great home for our extended family trip to northern Kentucky to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It’s an older house in a residential area of all older houses, and had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids

The Golden Goose!!
Went down with 8 friends to play disc-golf at Idleawild. The Golden goose is a great location, and an amazing house with everything we needed! Spent our nights hanging out and laughing on the spacious deck, and close enough to Cincinnati & Covington for a inexpensive uber trip. Hope to come back someday!!

House was warm snd welcoming when we arrived. The kids loved the huge upstairs bedroom and it was perfect for our large family It was a short drive to the Ark Encounter and a day at Perfect North. This Fla family especially appreciated the snow our last day too!

Great place for a family gathering
My two siblings and I along with our children and grand children loved spending the weekend together. Rather than everyone staying in hotels and trying to find a restaurant to accommodate our group of 20 for a holiday meal, we were able cook together, eat and have a relaxing visit.

Close to Cincinnati and lots of beds
The house was very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped except there are only 2 plastic wine glasses. The beds were all very comfortable and seem to be new foam mattresses. Pictures of house are just as listed. Just know that one bedroom is a basement room (great for my sons) and one bedroom is on the third floor. There is a bit of a moldy smell in the attic room, but mostly in the bathroom. The neighborhood felt safe. Only minutes form downtown Cincinnati which was amazing! My family enjoyed the great room and the pool table! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
