Very clean, and had all the things needed for a stay with the family

- Bedrooms were very hot in July, but the fans did help!

A well equipped and well kept semi-detached house on a quite street. Garden was very steep but with a lovely seating area at the top - well worth the climb. Lots of space inside for the two of us, including a separate lounge and dining room. Met our needs for a short stay perfectly. Easy to find from the M25. Well placed to visit lots of sites of interest including RHS Wisley, Hever Castle, etc.

Although there was a parking space for one car, if your car is quite big you may find it can be difficult to get in and out due to lots of adjacent on street parking. Stairs are quite steep with narrow treads but there is a handrail. Getting into central London by car took somewhat longer than we anticipated.

Amazing house, great location. House was spotless, well organised and a real joy to stay in.

Beautiful house, really comfortable. Little touches like blankets by the couch and high quality complimentary tea and coffee along with a welcome pizza in the fridge means it deserves an excellent rating. Everything was sparkling clean and new. TV channels allowed our three year old to be entertained easily! There's off street parking for one car which is useful but the road itself is a bit narrow for those who use a car. If you're on foot, Caterham station is a 5 min walk away and there are enough local shops to get everything you need such as food and drink etc. We stayed here whilst our house was having work done for a week and it was really wonderful.

A lovely property. Very clean, quiet and had all the required facilities to hand. Would highly recommend. We will definitely book here again in the future.
