Ubicada frente a varios muelles públicos en el lago Donner, esta propiedad tiene vistas de 180 grados del lago y las montañas circundantes desde ambos pisos y cubiertas, sin estructuras entre la casa y el lago.
Ingrese a la casa a través del vestíbulo de piedra en el piso principal de la gran sala. La sala de estar principal ofrece una cocina abierta y luminosa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable actualizados y barra de desayuno para cuatro, comedor para ocho personas y una espaciosa sala de estar con TV y estufa de leña. Las puertas francesas se abren a una amplia terraza con vista al lago Donner; con comedor al aire libre, sombrillas, parrilla de gas y dos sillones cómodos.
El piso de la habitación principal está abajo y está configurado con dos habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño y una habitación principal con baño en suite con doble lavabo, un escalón en la bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha doble. Dos entradas separadas, una desde el maestro y otra desde la cabeza del pasillo hasta una segunda cubierta; equipado con bañera de hidromasaje y escaleras hasta el nivel de la calle para facilitar el acceso al lago. Una plataforma de estacionamiento está disponible a nivel de calle para estacionar su remolque o bote.

Very clean and a perfect location. Easy to get to lake, State Park, and Truckee. Was worried about parking but figured it out. Was able to park 5 cars on property. More cars would be harder. Wished we could find a broom and dust pan to help clean up before we left. Would stay here again and again. 5 stars....

We loved everything except the lighting throughout the house. It was really bad and made the after dark hours not as pleasant as expected.

We stayed at this home for a winter snow getaway. The location was great and the home had breathtaking views of Donner lake. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the kids room with 3 twin beds and a foosball table.

Our family loved our stay in this home and especially loved the view of the lake. Perfect location close to friends in Truckee and short drives to ski resorts and other fun places. Rivian charging station is less than 5 min away from the house. Hot tub was key and my girls loved staying in the game room. Would stay here again in the future!

The property is well kept, spacious, and endows the beautiful scene of Donner Lake across the street. The area is deliciously quiet, and most of the items you need to cook are available in the unit. We will definitely be back.

The property and location were exceptional. The only negatives were we were given the wrong entry code and could not enter the property but luckily the cleaning service was there to let us in. We were provided misinformation about certain amenities that supposedly were not provided and finally certain utensils were in need of replacing. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location overlooking Donner Lake. Very roomy and clean with views from the deck of the lake. Great amenities and nice gas grill on the deck allowing for fun BBQ and outdoor dining. We will be back. Thank you!

I don’t know what they could do to this house to make it look even more beautiful. We had an amazing stay here. The kitchen was stocked with everything a chef and baker could possibly want. The views from almost every room in the house were stunning. We had lunches and dinners out on the patio and movie nights in the family room. I saw some other reviews that mentioned no cable. This is common in the area for houses. The hosts left very good instructions for how to connect with cable through YouTube and we were able to set up all of our streaming services. So there was no problem whatsoever. I can’t wait to return to this house with friends and family.

Overall, we were happy stayed at this property and I, as a host recommend to my friends and others this place is very good , however when I booked this property the pictures and informations was exactly matched the same that I wanted, but one week before checking they mentioned that one of the shower of 3 bathrooms is out of order because of leaking, so one of my senior’s guest couldn’t use the other bath tub.

The main room offers ample room to view the lake, cook, watch the cooking, or lounge on the large sectional. The kitchen is well furnished for all types of cuisine (knives could be sharpened). The upstairs loft (2 rooms) is perfect for our teenagers and friends, while the lower level has three spacious bedrooms. We all appreciated the contemporary interior & decor! We will definitely return to stay.

This house was exactly what we wanted for our trip to donner lake. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well furnished. The beds and couch was all very comfortable and we felt right at home.
There are a couple of things that could make this house perfect, and they’re why I’m giving 4/5 stars. The lighting in the entire house is harsh, white light bulbs. If you’re anything like my group, lights set the entire vibe and these lights were so harsh. Thankfully we found 2 lamps in the house that had warm light bulbs and set those up in the living room, but it was too dark. I would highly recommend to the owners to swap the bulbs for soft neutral or warm lights! Secondly, the stairs that lead from the deck don’t go all the way down to the road so we had to walk down the back road to get to the water. Still doable, but would have been much easier access if the stairs went all the way!
Overall I would still highly recommend this house and I will definitely book again!

We had a great weekend. We came with our adult children and grandson for weekend snow play. There was a winter storm, that closed everything down but we had so much fun playing in the snow right where we were. Our host was responsive and and made our extra night stay due to weather very easy. I just can't say enough good stuff. Beautiful inside and out.

House was plenty spacious and had beautiful views of Lake Donner. For $600 per night, comfortability was a bit of an issue. The house lacked amenities. We had to go purchase TP (sandpaper) soap (size of a matchbook), shampoo (none), conditioner (none), paper towels, etc. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable and water pressure was low. It was also a warm week so we kept windows open at night and closed them around 10am and it was uncomfortably hot in the house by 2pm. For $300-$350 per night this is a great place to stay. Side note: nothing is really open in the Donner Lake area Mon-Thurs.

It lived up to our expectations in all regards. The house is very spacious and has a great rustic feel with the decorations and the furniture. The kitchen was functional and reasonably stocked. We loved the balcony and the snow outside the house.
The in house heating was slow to catch up the first night but the manager promptly delivered space heaters which fixed it. Overall great stay!!

This was a great experience. Beautiful home with gorgeous views. There were a few maintenance issues but I still give this a 5 star review. Veggie sink garbage disposal smells horrible had to put drain stop in needs to be replaced. MB toilet needs new fill valve. Main floor shower leaked into downstairs bedroom. Put towel down at front floor and that stopped it. Futon bed in game room had hard time opening and couldn’t close it. None of that bothered us because everyone had a great time. Views of lake were awesome. I would definitely rent this place again if it was available next time. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home.

What an amazing property! The views were breathtaking. A paradise for sure! We had the best time just relaxing and taking in the beauty. The owner/property manager were very attentive.
