It is a nice place for a big crowd, especially a big family like mine, It may seem minimalist but it was very much comfortable and on standard. Loved the friendly staff and very helpfull i might add, they tried their level best to acomodate us when we came abit early before the check in time All in all, i enjoyed the stay there

hotel local is near street food and near komtar. good for traveling. also good facility too.

Apartment was as shown in the pictures. Beds were firm and pillows were comfortable, even for the single beds. Very clean. Showers were strong and hot. Great views of georgetown with the sea at the horizon. Plenty of eating places in the morning and night, within walking distances, just need to explore the small roads. Giant supermarket about 500m away. Would definitely stay again.

Would be good to have floor bath towels as the showers splashes out and can make the floor slippery. Better if showers curtains are installed. Could also do with a mop in the apartment as the fridge was turned off when we arrived and water was leaking out of the fridge. Driving up 10 levels to the carpark can be a challenge but at least wide enough for my Toyota Alphard. Wish there were more interesting programmes on Astro.

it’s a huge tower with thousands of airbnb apartments with only two elevators where you have to fight to get in like rush hour subway. really impersonal. cheap ikea decor and awful bathroom. definitely not worth the money

Being on the 20th floor the view from the windows is stunning. This being a home stay unit there is no breakfast provided. However there are a cafe and a bakery downstairs if you need a quick and simple fill-up.

We stayed for four nights. We understand that no cleaning services are available during our stay. The owner could have provided a broom, dust-pan, garbage bags etc so guests can do simple cleaning. Extra bath and floor towels would be appreciated especially for guests who stay for more than two nights as there are no drying facilities in the unit.

The location is great, the room looks good, facilities were pretty good

The bed was too small and some complained that it is hard, one of the toilets floods when we shower

The house is clean but a little old.

I am actually not so satisfy with this time stay. Here i give some comments. First, the kette is not function well, it cannot auto off after the water boiling. The inner kettle is very dirty. Second, there is no water filters. Other Ab&b if no water filters supply, there will give a guest a bottle of water minerals for all the guests stays. Thirdly, there is no Coffee or tea supply. Fourth, the blanket is dirty, there is some dust and got hairs left on the blanket.

Location is good for local food.

The unit is inadequately furnished, e.g., Old lumpy pillows, no comforter cover or additional sheet separating person and comforter, bedroom appears dirty and definitely old. No cupboards or chests of drawers for storing clothes. The towels are worn and thin. Exposed wire on the ceiling. The small TV is old and tacky. A used and dirty sponge is left and the kettle had a different power plug, although these were replaced. There are only three chairs for a 8-person rental unit. There are also insufficient utensils. In conclusion, we are disappointed with the lack of attention given to the unit. Overall disappointing, leaving a negative impression. Will not rent from this place unless other units are much superior. When contacting the Management people, they keep putting the blame on the owner. Frankly, if their inspection shows the unit is inadequate, they should not have rent it.

The location is quite good, the apartment comfy.

The aircon remote was missing, one of the two we had run out of batteries, so one remote for 3 rooms in the end.

the view is superb the house very clean the host is friendly will repeat for sure recommended 👍👍👍
