But purely managers of the agency who deal with the settlement   after the hostess gave the manager’s contact, the manager redirected me to another person - exactly what should give the keys to the apartment  agreed with this little man to meet at 14:00 (the exact time is important for me since I travel with children) then the meeting asked me to arrive at 13:00 - I was in fact at 13:20 - having previously reported  in short, thanks to the neighbors who live there on the apartment (very nice Italians) - to them managed to contact the managers and get the keys - many thanks to them!  at 14:00 I settled  the meeting woman arrived at 15:40 *** - sat stupidly in the apartment waiting for her
