We picked this location because we wanted space, good value, yet close enough to go into NYC every day. This apartment (2nd floor of hosts house with private entrance) fit the bill. The bus stopped right at the corner near the house and we could easily get into and out of the city. Hosts were responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Comfortable beds and A/C worked well. We ordered food several times from local restaurants that were convenient (and often free delivery). A great option!

My sister and I had the good fortune to find Birane and Patrecia’s lovely clean apartment while a family member was in a NYC hospital. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided. The many appliances, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds were a plus. The kitchen is stocked with everything one might need. Our hosts, Birane and Patrecia, we’re accessible, helpful with bus schedules (stop right outside house) and any questions we had. They are wonderful people! We completely enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is perfect for a family on vacation to New York City... Bus literally picks you up less than 100 ft from front door and takes you right downtown. Apartment is very clean and plenty of room.. every store that you could ever need is either a short walk or a short drive! Apartment is also loaded with everything that you could need for a week's stay!!!

Birane & Patrecia were the most perfect hosts! Birane met us at the door and gave us a full tour upon arrival. The property had everything we could need. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge help! Patrecia was quick to respond and was beyond helpful! She made getting in and out of NYC so easy! We could not have asked for a better property or hosts!

There are not enough words to describe what an enjoyable experience we had staying at this property, everything is just perfect about it , its a clean , quiet and peaceful place and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful!!

The property owners are on site, they are a wonderful couple. We were very impressed with how stocked the kitchen is. Necessities were left for us to use: paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry supplies. Water bottles, menus to local restaurants, bus schedules and directions to the bus stop. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the area. We will stay again if in the area. You will not be disappointed. Beds are very comfortable!!

A clean, bright, safe, and central place offering easy access to the city, local restaurants, and amenities. It was also well-stocked—from the basics to all the little things you do not realize you need until you need them. This place is everything you could possibly need! They provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash and the kitchen was well equipped. The bus that takes you to the port authority in New York City is less than a minute walk away. The owners are very responsive and helped us navigate the New York city bus system. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a upstairs apartment where the whole upper floor is a very nice apartment. There is a personal entrance when you walk in the front door. Very spacious and a nice place to unwind for us after work! Would recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

Relaxing place close to the city
Great unit! Comfortable and roomy place to stay in NJ. Hosts were helpful and kind. Full kitchen and washing machine were a huge plus. Some traffic sounds from the highway at night. Close to the bus stop for easy access to NYC. Close to hasbrouck hights and hackensack. Lots to do in nearby towns. Love this location and this apartment! I would recommend this unit if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the area. Great value for this area!

Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir unsere "eigenen vier Wände"
Wir fühlten uns für kurze Zeit wie Einheimische in unserem amerikanischen Zuhause. Für das Mietauto war auch immer ein Platz und im Garten konnten wir frische Luft schnappen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundliche Menschen, die jederzeit für uns ansprechbar waren und uns bei allem behilflich waren. Die Ausstattung war grundsolide mit einem herlich grossen bequemen Bett in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent place to stay when visiting NYC
We were very satisfied with our stay. The rental was clean and surprising quiet, even though it is located on a busy street. We chose this rental because of its location to NYC, free parking for our rental car, and washer/dryer. The bus stop was about a block away. We were able to successfully navigate the bus system -- even though it was our first time! A grocery store was a short walk away. And we had pizza delivered from a local business. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
