The rooms were clean and comfortable with good hot showers. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant served a good breakfast and other meals were good as well. This is my second visit to the hotel with a long gap in between and both times the quality of service was good.
The hotel is situated on a busy road dominated by a large hospital opposite. However it is not far to take an auto or taxi to the town centre or sea front.

Food and location are very good. Service is fair, if you go through reception.
Room service people don't understand any other language, but Telugu. Everytime you have to communicate through reception to explain smallest of your requirements. Basic amenities in the room, like glasses, water, tea, toiletries etc are provided for one person, although booking is for two.

The property is pet friendly so it’s a plus for people looking to have a comfortable stay with their pets. The rooms are clean, we stayed here a couple of times and we were happy with the stay. Beach road is only a couple of mins drive. The complementary breakfast spread and food along with service is top notch.
You have to pay 600 INR extra for pets. It’d have been good to know about it beforehand.

Breakfast is very good, very much happy with that. Location wise also good near to beach and other places.
Room sizes are not up to the expected, based on rooms price is little high, even wash rooms are very small.

Its a old but clean property. As it is near by most of the hospitals and medical stores the streets are fully occupied.
Streets are very crowded and noise pollution is at its peak. You can't stand out of the hotel. Howling Ambulances and dirty streets will not allow you to stand for few minutes outside ur hotel. Lift smells and you try to stop breathing.

Service was too good. All the staffs were very polite, responsible and good in nature.
Breakfast was awesome.
Room size was bit small but it was okay.

Well mannered staff, tasty breakfast with good spread, reasonably priced, cleanliness and proximity to city center.
I do liked the place for what it is. Rooms are on little smaller side but everything else makes up for it.
