Obiekt położony w ścisłym centrum ale przy bocznej cichej ulicy. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa, pokój z dużym balkonem jest dobrze wyposażony (do dyspozycji zestaw do parzenia kawy / herbaty, wygodne łóżko, dodatkowy koc). Śniadanie, które można dokupić w recepcji jest bardzo bogate. Produkty są dobrej jakości, świeże i smaczne (m.in. dużo świeżych warzyw, co coraz rzadziej się zdarza na śniadaniach w innych obiektach w Polsce i za granicą). A wszystko to w przystępnej cenie. Rekomenduję pobyt w Nasz Klub.

Był nieduży problem z ogrzewaniem w pokoju. Obsługa zareagowała szybko i profesjonalnie.

Świetny nocleg, dosłownie 2 minuty do słynnych Koziołków. Personel przemiły, w pokoju czysto, ciepło oraz wszystko co na weekendowy wyjazd potrzebne. Na prawdę polecam

Trochę nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu, jednak w pokoju nic nie czuć. Więcej minusów nie stwierdziłem :)

Wszystko przygotowane z myślą o potrzebach klienta..Czajnik i zestaw herbat oraz kawa rozpuszczalna, w pokoju, aby miło rozpocząć dzień. Haczyk w łazience umieszczony tak, że można sięgnąć po niego z kabiny prysznicowej (to duża rzadkość). Lokalizacja taka, ze blisko do rynku i do parku nad Wartą. Czyściuteńko.,

Jest niesamowicie czysto ! Nie jeden hotel sieciówka pozazdrościł by takiej higieny w pokojach ! Pościel jest biła wymaglowana , ręczniki czyściutkie ! Na wykładzinie nawet okruszka ! Pokuj pozbawiony jakichkolwiek zapachów. Bardzo cicho spokój na korytarzu! Bez imprez i pijanych lokatorów! I mam wrażenie że Panie które przygotowują pokoje mają linijkę na wyposażaniu tak jest herbatka kawa i cukier poukładane.

Obiekt w samym centrum Poznania. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, miła obsługa. Pokój przestronny, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam obiekt.

Around the square and street's was one big building site, booking.com should have warned me and I would have gone back to KRAKOW or Gdansk. Should be refunded in full. Very disappointed.building

The location of the hotel is great, very centric, there is a lot going on around. Stuff was very helpful and understanding. Instructions for the check-in and out are easy to follow and smooth. There is coffee, tea and water provided in the room which is a great plus.

There is a cafe downstairs, if the room is looking towards the street it might be a little noisy, still though nothing unbearable.

The furniture was very old but the main problem was that I had to leave very early for the airport and the WiFi was not working and I had a really hard time trying to find a uber

Everything is clean and works well.

I managed to connect to wi-fi only on my phone. But the level of signal was so low that it was almost impossible to use the Internet. So I had to switch my phone to a mobile hot spot mode to access 4G Internet on my laptop.

Was good: The location. The lady in charge was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. In the room area, it was silent which it was great. On the bed were the towels with a fortune cookie. A gesture that made me smile. In a moment, during the day the toilette was giving problems. They checked it and indeed they have to fix it. They offer to switch to a different room if I want but later it worked again and I stayed in the same room. But it was nice they cared. The room is like the picture in Booking. It has the basics. After all, it is a place to which I can return and recommend.

I wasn't informed about a code in the intercom in order to enter to the building. I arrived at night tired and I didn't know how to get inside. Luckily a man was leaving and he opened the door. Later, the lady explained me how to get in with their magnet key and I asked the code as well (just in case the key wouldn't work). Afterwards all good but I would suggest to provide this information prior to the arrival :) The bed was uncomfortable. I almost felt the inside of the mattress, the strings. Maybe another trash can can be added beside the little one in the bathroom.

Well located. Room was clean. Bathroom bigger than room. Bottle of water and tea bags for free in the room.

Bed was uncomfortable, quiet short and with only one flat pillow. Wifi didn't work on smartphone and on tablet. Bathroom bigger than room. Price too high for the standard.

I like absolutely everything especially the stuff..

Nothing to dislike about this host . Everything was smooth and easy.

The best thing about it is the location: very close proximity to the old town and main attractions. The room was clean and cozy and I had a nice view. A lot of restaurants nearby but on Sundays they open at 11-12. I saw the staff just once and for short but she was very nice.

there are a few things to improve: 1. no WiFi at all. 2. the walls are so thin that the whole night I couldn’t sleep coz of my noisy neighbors (maybe they are not that noisy ppl, but I was just able to hear literally everything). 3. noise from the street. 4. no staff on Sundays at the reception. 5. empty soap box in the shower- upsetting.

I paid for breakfast because we are no longer in pandemic and it said that was included and when I asked they said "no breakfast " ... I booked here because it said "absolute silence from 10pm to 6 am", aprox, and 1st night at around 1am needed to call reception because there were drunk and drugged people in the room beside mine having a party ... also more than half an hour walking from train station and woman in reception very cosy but no English at all ... no services apart from sleeping so could be half the price...
