Overall it's a good stay for short term visit, I personally had no issue with the pillow or bed but my family member thanks the pillow is too soft and hurts their neck. We don't smoke, so we are particular about the cigarette smell, however it does not have any cigarette smell at all which is good. Toilet and bed are clean.

Right in town next to Sitiawan Recreational club where I had an event to attend. staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioner and water heater worked very well. There was hox cold water dispenser on my four lift lobby and ground floor.I shall presume there's one on every floor.

When I made the booking online, I requested for early checking in as I had to be in Teluk Batik for a sports event at 2pm. After confirming with the property, they sent an email stating that the check-in at 11am to 12 noon was approved. On my arrival, the receptionist politely informed me there was no early check.in. We had to wait till 130pm

The location is quite close to where we were heading the most and most importantly the room is huge and beds were comfortable. Basic amenities such as toothbrush, shower gel/shampoo and towel were provided. There are water dispensers at the lobby and on our floor. There is also a spacious iron room for sharing. Limited free indoor car park on first serve basis.

While the location is strategic, it’s also very close to the mosque. Wasn’t a big issue for us.

Not enough lighting in the room. Kind of dark in the room. It will be great if the hotel can provide more parking space. Only 1 air conditioner in the family suite is insufficient.

The receptionist malay lady is very nice and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality. She helped us with some information about the area. We stayed in the family room for 5 adults. Very clean room with a modern interior. Toiletries and toothbrushes are provided. Air con and wifi are all good. However the water heater is not hot. Please check on that. Other than that, i would definitely stay there again.

Room only, without breakfast. Big family room. With the family of 6, we have 10 pillows, 2 king size bed + 1 single bed, 5 big towel & 5 face towel.

The location and the size of the room. It's near to restaurants and convenience stores.

The toilet/bathroom wasn't cleaned well, especially the shower walls and the interior of the toilet door. It's right across from a mosque. The Indian lady at the reception was unfriendly.

The pictures are new, but the real room is not so new though it is pretty well maintained

Everything is quite new. Stay was comfortable. It's near to the famous guang bing shop so that's an additional plus. WiFi connection is good enough to get my work done. It has lifts so older or disabled folks can benefit from the facility.
