Surrounding of property is very dirty and bad, bed covers and shawls have not changed, very bad odor in the room as well as varanda of the hotels lobby.

bed covers, cleanliness, type if guests in the hotel. have seen most of the boys and girls only. Not suitable for family and business trip.

Nothing much to describe Hotel location was near but entry service road was SLUM and Garbage next time please do not give me false information.

For the price of room which includes complimentary breakfast it is sort of ok.

Location is horrible. In the middle of a lane full of garbage and filth. Staff behaviour is rude including the room boys.i book a triple room and executive suite. When I arrived with family including elders at night 10pm I was told triple room was not available.i was provided a different room after 1 hour. The water jugs were oily and dirty from outside Room staff was very rude. I checked out the next day itself even though I had booked for 3 nights and took a hotel nearby which was costlier but very good . Overall a terrible experience

Everting was bad right from location which is within slums the room which is full of fungus and cockroaches to dirty linens

They changed the hotel by saying rooms are not available. I already enquired about room availability one day before reaching. They provided a room in another hotel where the manager was not listening. I was waiting for manager action on Ac not working for 2 hr in the night around 12. The staff was very rude. Many guests left the hotel at midnight in front of me by complaining about insects in the room. Hotel personnel are not even thinking about guests. They just need money somehow.
