The staff were so helpful, friendly and on hand to help with anything including taxi bookings, rail bookings, directions, where to find a supermarket and which beach to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were brilliant with my gluten free needs. Super clean facilities and a spacious room.

The property was in a very quiet location which was great, but it was a little walk to the centre of town.

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. Would defiantly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pool, gym and sauna. Lovely garden to have breakfast in. Staff were so polite and helpful with recommendations and any other assistance needed.

Everything; the hotel was in a very convenient location. The staff was excellent and they took the extra steps to make everything we did so easy. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were hands on and were accommodating to any requests we had. We did not use the bikes but took advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool and deck with beautiful views of the harbor.to

Nothing! I have stayed all over Europe (150+ trips) and I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A perfect room, with a view for going to and from the beach. The rooms are retro, but the breakfasts are fantastic and the staff - led by Federica - are wonderfully helpful.

Breakfast was great, home made and fresh cakes and lots of choice. Got a larger room than we thought with balcony and was always perfectly air-conditioned. Lovely roof terrace with a hot tub, looks like recently done and great views from here. We found it super hard to find any hotel with some sort of pool so were really happy with our choice. Staff was very friendly and so helpful and quick to respond to our queries. Is located in the centre of Santa Margherita, which was a great base for all means of transportation and main sights.

Not necessarily the hotel but in general be aware that driving and parking in this area is just busy and tricky. You can have a parking space which is secured in a garage and the staff keeps the key. We tried not to use the car; the boat, bus and train are really good.

The Staff was amazing!!Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a wonderful selection. Location was also perfect!! I would stay here again!!!
