The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and you do need to drive to the local stores no stores or restaurants in walking distance , but everything is so close. The pool was used consistently and very family friendly. As long as the wind is blowing no worries about the biting bugs (mosquitos/ no-seeums) however during our week stay we only had one day with no breeze and the property managers provided a fan which helped keep all away— there is a washer and dryer on site however we didn’t have access, instead when the house managers came they would handle all the laundry— our family enjoyed the hammocks, pool, beach, watching the iguanas on the rocks, massages twice during our week and couldn’t have been more pleased to have the ability to unwind and relax. We did go out to a few dinners but the kids all preferred when we cooked at home so they could have more pool time. 😀

This property and house is WONDERFUL and the pictures do not do it justice!! It's an incredible layout we loved the open air courtyard in the middle of the house and the beautiful layout and bedrooms and spacious areas. The pool was wonderful, the staff Incredible!! Wonderful everything!!

We had a great time at this house. It is truly an amazing house. The short road to get to the house is a dirt road with rocks so you have to go slow, but once you get there is is great. Each room is very nice with a great view. The only problem we had is that there was seaweed all over the beach next to the house and we could not utilize it at all. This was a bit of a headache also with the smell from the seaweed. But, everything else at this house was fabulous. The cleaning crew and management were on top of everything. We also had a chef come in that was recommended by the management team and they were AMAZING!! Highly recommend the Chef. All in all it was a great vacation - we just wish we could have utilized the beach and not have the seaweed.

The Limin da Coconut did not disappoint. It was a wonderful family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main room and pool area are very inviting as promised. It was a lovely vacation and Anguilla is a special place.

Disappointing
This house has so much potential yet simply didn't meet our expectations. It wasn't totally awful, though, and I would be remiss to not mention the good things first. First and foremost, the staff was fantastic. They were very friendly, communicated with us and took care of our needs during our stay. The house has a nice layout with plenty of room and really does a good job of taking advantage of the views, which are pretty spectacular. However, the bedrooms leave much to be desired. For a house of this caliber, they felt very spartan... pretty much four walls and a bed. There is only ONE television in the whole house, and US streaming services largely don't work, so that was not great for the kids (or adults for that matter). Also, we found out after we arrived that the home is situated on the windward side of the island. Unfortunately for us, a windy weather pattern occurred during our stay which really affected our ability to use the pool. But it was downright unbearable in the bedrooms. The wind whistled and vibrated against the windows and walls to the point where sleeping was almost impossible. During the day, our best bet was to drive to the other side of the island to find sheltered beaches (Meade's Bay and Shoal Bay are awesome). We found it very unfortunate that we weren't able to enjoy the home during the day (or night) and wished we'd stayed on the other side of the island to begin with. We left one night early and stayed at the Four Seasons which was absolutely incredible.

Best spot for your family!
We stayed at limin da coconut as a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) for 7 days and I can’t imagine a better spot. The rooms were clean and generous in size and the living areas were spacious and all had gorgeous views. Even inside the house you are outside. The pool is perfect for school age kids and was a huge highlight. The location was quiet (a good thing) and the breeze kept it cool and kept the bugs to a minimum.

Beautiful home - perfect for 9 friends
This house is right on the ocean, with beautiful views all around. Each spacious bedroom has its own private bathroom and all the rooms are tastefully decorated. We stayed in the "balinese" room. All the 4 master bedrooms had their own private balcony. Every bedroom had its own key. Every day, the housekeepers cleaned our rooms.
There are several living spaces in the house, so one group could watch TV, another could visit and talk, another could sit and read. A few of us practiced yoga in the open courtyard in the middle of the house while listening to the waves of the ocean.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and the big natural wood table seats 10 or so. Several could work in the kitchen at one time.
The back yard has the pool, small beach and hammock. We used the pool floaties, kayaks and some went snorkeling. We spent many hours in the back.
The upper level of the house is great for stargazing. The level is above all of the bedrooms. Several of us could lay down at once and look up to see the stars. Some saw shooting stars.
The house managers were ready to help with every little and big thing. One of us lost their passport in the taxi on the way to the house and they helped us locate it and delivered it to the house.
The house is situated so that if you want an ocean breeze it's there for the taking and if you don't, you can find that too.
