Esta casa cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños completos con lavadero. Es ideal para dos familias que viajan juntas con dos dormitorios y baños en pisos separados. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama doble en cada nivel, así como un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, un dormitorio con literas de tamaño completo, ideal para los niños. Las habitaciones en el nivel superior tienen techos altos. Todas las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen mucho espacio de guardarropas. La casa es familiar y muy privada.

Great place! Beautiful views of the mountains, close to down town with everything you need/want, while also private and relaxing. We did Sacco River Tubing, hiked, and enjoyed both Echo Lake and Diana’s baths. ALL are close by.
The owners were fantastic and had great communication.

The location and view were great. We enjoyed the main great room area and deck very much. Unfortunately, the bedroom and bathroom areas were very damp and musty smelling. The weather was a bit rainy so that probably had a lot to do with it. I know this is not necessarily within the owners control butnit definitely had an impact on our stay. That was the only issue. The house was well stocked.

The location of the property and the neighborhood were fine and the kitchen was well equipped . There were a couple of issues. The house had a particular odor that wasn’t pleasant and there were mice. We actually saw them. When I called the owner she promptly called her handy man and he arrived with some supplies to help take care of the mice and he tried to take care of the odor. My grandchildren finally solved the issue of the mice by escorting them outside.
We spent evenings on the deck which was very nice. We enjoyed being together as a family and the activities that were available in North Conway.

We were very comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 teen boys. Close to shopping, tubbing, and hiking, to mention only a few activities close by.
Our only disappointment was the two bunk rooms had no ac or fans. We did adjust by moving 2 fans from other rooms with ac to those rooms.
This is a very comfortable home with beautiful views.

Our group of 5 adults just loved this home. The location was perfect. No matter what direction you go, you have such beautiful scenery and all kinds of outdoor opportunities. We even spent a day on the coast of Maine, less than 2 hours away. The home was very clean and had everything you could need. The owners recently had some trees cut and it was so worth it. We sat outside for hours enjoying the view. Our only suggestion we would have to improve was if there was a roof over the back deck. We had some rain and would have loved sitting out there longer listening to nature's sounds( sitting under the pine trees worked for a light drizzle). Communication with owners was great and quickly responsive.. We'd highly recommend this home if visiting the White Mountains. We are already talking about returning in 2 years.

Great location to Echo lake and downtown area. The house is in great proximity to all North Conway touristy things to do for all ages. I would definitely recommend booking Echo lake daily passes. It’s a must to guarantee entry. House is good for two families to have their own space and bathroom.

Spent 3 nights here with my father and husband. The house had everything we needed. My only suggestion for future guests would be to screenshot the instructions and WiFi password before you arrive. I had no service and couldn’t get into the app. I somehow managed to message the host and they were responsive immediately and were super helpful. That is not a complaint just a friendly tip. Everything was great :)

The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were able to make meals. Deck looked out on a beautiful wetland that was full of peepers and ducks. The neighbors next door were close other than that it was a lovely weekend away from home.

We had a lovely eclipse weekend in this tucked away location of North Conway. Cute and rustic home with very comfy queen beds. Enjoyed the large living and kitchen area with its gorgeous views as well the close proximity to shops and restaurants. Pam was wonderfully responsive and we very much enjoyed our mini getaway.

The house is in a good location and the view of Moat Mountain was beautiful. The bedrooms are either up stairs or downstairs. The living area and kitchen were open concept. We had five people. I think if you had more it might be tight. It worked out okay but the biggest problem was the trash thing. When you’re on a vacation you don’t want to spend time at the town dump. You had to store it inside also. No outside secure space

House was nice enough but would never stay in a house again where they have you take all of your trash with you. We were going to take it to local transfer station but it was closed for the holiday weekend so we would’ve had to take it all home with us but their kind neighbor let us put it in their dumpster. Owner did not bother responding when messaged to find out where we could bring trash.

I dont leave negative reviews often but think its important for any families who want to consider booking this property. We were two families with 3 young kids (1, 2.5 and 5) and really struggled with this house.
The good, there are great bedroom, the neighborhood seems great and its in good proximity to N.Conway to get there easily but not be in the thick of the crazy.
The bad. FIRST (and this is the reason we scored this a 2 star instead of a 3)... the house doesn't have garbage removal or outside storage. The owners require you to bring garbage to a dump 25 mins from the property (an hour+ round trip). There is no place to store this inside of the house so you end up stepping over garbage bags after a couple days if you don't want to waste the time and gas. We spoke with 5 other renters in the neighborhood and they all had trash storage and removal so this is the #1 reason we wont book again. Packing up to leave and figuring that out with young kids was just terrible.
Secondly, the houses common areas and kitchens are VERY small compared to the number of bedrooms (its deceiving from the pictures). We as two families were falling all over ourselves in the common areas. The kitchen has 0 counter space with all of the appliances so cooking was difficult.
All and all, if you are a group without kids and are just using it as a crash pad its not bad. If you get stuck in with bad weather like we did or had 7-8 people there just isnt space and id suggest something else.

This was our annual ski weekend with our grown family (of 8) and granddaughter to North Conway. This home worked so well for us with a wonderful communal area and a nicely stocked kitchen The bedrooms fit us all perfectly which is often hard to find in a ski house. My husband and I took his family away for the weekend along with our daughter and their 3 dogs. The house was a perfect fit! The layout is perfect for groups and we spent all our time in the open kitchen/living room. The best part about this house though is the location. Downtown North Conway is just minutes down the road but you would never know in this quiet, picturesque neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here. It is perfectly located in close proximity to shopping and attractions. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning. We caught a great sunset and was lucky enough to see the colors of a sunrise reflect on the mountain. The tri-level layout worked very well. Bedrooms/baths on top and lower provided perfect privacy. The main level living/dining/kitchen was roomy and comfy. The lights on the beamed ceiling was a nice touch!
The hosts were prompt in addressing our requests and questions..
The only downside was that we had to take our garbage to the dump. We went Saturday and there was a long line. As checkout was Sunday and the dump was closed, we had to take a couple of bags with us.
Other than that, a great place to get away!

Easy check in. Keys were in the lockbox whose combination was provided to us just prior to our stay. Split level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs. The great room was cozy and inviting. The location was near many hiking trails and also near the main street of. N. Conway. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in close driving distance to Storyland and downtown North Conway. The house is set up really well for two families, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The living space is separated from the bedrooms, which made it really easy for the kids to be asleep and the adults to talk without disturbing them. We were very comfortable here! We had a few small issues/questions for the owners, and they were very quick to communicate back and deal with them. We would recommend this place to anyone!

This was a new place for us this year. Nice view, near things we wanted to do. House was well equipped with kitchen items to cook large family meals. There were 9 of us. Two issues, to get a fire permit for the outdoor pit, we needed WRITTEN permission from the owner sent to the fire dept. Didn't bother because there wasn't room for all of us at the fire circle anyway. Two chairs only. We also had to separate all our own recyclables as there was only 1 (one) bucket. No place to store said recyclables. Need latched lidded buckets especially for a house that sleeps 10. Note: you CAN NOT walk into town but it's a quick drive. That being said, I would recommend this vacation home.

We love this house! It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the Moat Mountains. In the mornings and evenings sitting on the deck was so peaceful, we loved listening to the bullfrogs! The house is attractive, clean, spacious and was fully stocked. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, living room, kitchen, dining area with a large table (great for playing games) on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Sofa is large and very comfortable. The home is air-conditioned which was a necessity for our elderly dog who cannot handle the heat.
Honestly we have stayed in several rentals in the area over the past 10+ years and we have never been to a cleaner home and this is by far our favorite! . If you have any questions Pam and Chris are quick to respond and very polite! Location is close to some of our favorites like the Saco, Echo Lake, North Conway Village, the Lobster Trap, Priscilla’s, Dianna‘s baths, Cathedral ledge, mini golf and more. Shoot up 302 for more amazing views and little hidden gems like Jackson Falls. And don’t forget the Kancamagus highway!
We enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing was amazing.
We highly recommend this home and are hoping to return sooner than later!
