La fenêtre ne peut pas être ouverte en entier (Je comprends d'un règlement de sécurité de votre groupe hôtelier IHG) mais la chambre était chaude La literie et les coussins sont un peu dur

Het is een handig hotel om te overnachten als je richting Italië gaat. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het hotel is handig te bereiken en er zijn diner faciliteiten in de buurt. Voor een wandelingetje is er ook plek genoeg.

De temperatuur was aan de hoge kant, dus wel zweten in bed en dat was vervelend. Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid en er was veel op/leeg. Wij zijn er 2x geweest, op de heen en terugreis. In beide gevallen was er veel op en het werd traag aangevuld. Op de heenreis was het slot van de kamer kapot en konden we er alleen terecht door de sleutel te gaan vragen (ipv het kaartje). Mijn vrouw zit in een rolstoel en werden we de 1e keer keurig op de begane grond een kamer toegewezen. Echter, bij veel hotels, ook deze, lijkt de invalidenkamer een sluitpost. Niet goed schoongemaakt (spinnenwebben aan het plafond) en zaken die nog gerepareerd moesten worden (zoals het kamerslot maar ook het douchegordijn wat gewoon niet dicht kon).

There were no gluten free and lactose free options available and at 9:30am there was barely any food left although the notice said that breakfast last until 10am on a Saturday. The room was too hot and we found crumbs on the seat and hairs in the bathroom. the staff were not helpful when I asked to go find something at the lost property section from the last time I stayed I left a pillow there.

Location: just off autoroute so perfect for us

We were in a room on the ground floor, right next to reception. There was no additional security and the door was propped open, so the noise travelled. A large group arrived quite late, creating a lot of noise, and worried my young daughter and I as females and we felt vulnerable.

De ligging is fijn voor een doorreis naar Italië en was het erg fijn dat we de hond goed uit konden laten in het bos. Bedden liggen goed. Ontbijt was goed en ze hebben lekkere koffie en het personeel is vriendelijk!

Het was erg warm in de kamer en er waren veel muggen. Voor het raam hangt wel een hor, waarschijnlijk hangt hij er niet goed, want er kwamen nog steeds muggen op de kamer. Door deze combinatie, hebben we niet goed kunnen slapen.

Ondanks langs de snelweg heb je hier weinig last van gehad. Modern/ nieuw hotel. Coop supermarkt met restaurant op het terrein.

Als je binnen komt bij de receptie merk je dat er airco is. Echter op de slaapkamer niet. Raam kon op dat moment ook niet open omdat de zon er vol op staat. Gelukkig wel een rolluik voor het raam. Wel een ventilator op de kamer. Maar die moet in de avond uit anders kun je niet slapen. Ontbijt buffet was mager. Bruine broodjes bijna niet afgebakken.

Eerste toegewezen kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Keykaart werkte zogenaamd niet, hierom telkens de receptioniste moeten vragen om naar binnen te mogen.

NO AIR CONDITIONING - A/C only available in the lobby.. with this hot weather shall we sleep in the lobby instead??? Extremely hot room - We were assigned to a G/F room, only able to open a tiny bit of window .. wasn’t able to sleep after 8-9 hours driving is really getting into our nerves. Unfriendly staff - We were asked to move to upper floor due to the heat. Staff was unsympathetic and just said it’s fully booked. Not even tried to help us to find a solution. We have visited Holiday Inn express in this 1-2 years with dogs and every time we were assigned to barrier free room. In fact it’s extremely hot and loud on the ground floor.. We are paying the same amount of money (or even more indeed due to the surcharge) so please treat your clients with dogs the same as the others do!

Close to Luzern (10 minute drive) but far enough out to not feel in the city. Incredible views. Easy access to city and ongoing network of roads. Comfortable.

The location was perfect, selection of eating options, small supermarket and fuel, plus easy parking and ideal countryside location for dog.walking and small kids to run around.

The room was hot and it wasn't even hot weather. Couldn't leave the window open becuase it was like turning on a tap filled with mosquitos. There was a net screen but it didn't fit properly and it had a hole in it. Couldn't open the window past 5cm.

Great place for an overnight stay next to the highway. There's a supermarket and a small restaurant next door plus 3-4 children playgrounds. Right next to the property are EV superchargers.

The room didn't have air conditioning and only one window opened very slightly which makes sleeping quite challenging when outside temperatures are >25 degrees.

There’s no air conditioning it was too hot , the window you can not open it all The staff was very unwelcoming not smiling very tough, reception and breakfast staff The breakfast end at 9:30 we just not finished eating they closed the umbrella on us leave us in very hot sun with our food to inforce us to leave the area !! The reception lady I asked her about the timing for breakfast she said it’s all written in the hotel area !! She didn’t like to speak with us

We booked via booking.com on the day as we were let down by other accommodation. We trained and then walked 5km to this accommodation only to find out they also didn't have room for us. The receptionist said she tried to call me but i didnt get a call or any missed calls. The email she sent came through after 1am the next night. The receptionist tried for about 10 minutes to help us find somewhere else but ultimately said it wasn't their problem. Called a taxi for us and we left after 10pm. More of an issue with booking.com who accepted the booking

lady at reception with name Angelica .. she is very bad This is a complaint to the lady receptionist on the 3rd of July, where she canceled my reservation without reason or right, even though it was confirmed with Booking and after payment, and she insisted that there was no fault on the part of the hotel and she rudely and indifferently insisted that it was my fault and Booking's fault, and threatened to call the police And she deliberately intimidated me, my wife, and my children in a rude, barbaric, and racist manner. I look forward to and expect the hotel management and Booking to - discipline that lady employee - refund the amount I paid - and compensate me

Great location for those who are using it as a long-distance travel pit stop , close to Lucerne city Center and great access to Marche Movenpick, Burger King and the convenience store which is open until 23h00
