Boendet hade behov av en uppjustering, hållare och diverse var lösa i från väggen inne på toaletten, väldigt lyhört.

Everything. Very expensive and poor amenities, WiFi not working in the room, horrible breakfast if you wanted a better quality coffee had to pay extra

Eduardo, one member of staff, was really helpful, bent into providing a good customer service and diligent.

The wifi worked lousily. In the first room I was assigned, it was impossible to get a stable signal. When I was changed, things improved, but marginally. Besides that the hotel is being refurbished, but there are a lot of issues with the rooms. Both flooded when I was taking showers, due to construction issues.

Apart from it's closeness to most of the transportation, nothing much.

The price was very high compared to the facilities provided. The name sake pool had freezing cold water. The instruments in the gym were all rusted and non- functional. There was no kettle in the room. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but was not cool enough.

The breakfast was okay, localization was suitable for my work needs

First of all the value for money was really low. the team working there was disorganized and not paying attention to the needs. The invoice was not prepared even tough I have left the invoice details at the desk the day before, the iron was not prepared even tough I asked and I couldn't iron my clothing for more than a day for business meeting, on top the room didn't have any free water to drink + the noise outside was not making it possible to sleep. Overall the interior was also old and not that well maintained. and the pool only had cold water. not recommending

La habitación perfecta, tamaño considerable, el baño impecable y la limpieza en general.

No me gusto la ubicacion, super alejado del centro , tenia que píllar dos metros para moverme a los sitios turísticos

Vaig arribar abans de l'hora prevista del check-in, de fet vaig arribar a les 7:30h matí perquè començava la guàrdia de la feina, i la recepcionista em va buscar una habitació la qual ja pogués deixar les meves coses, cosa que ho vaig agraïr moltísisim. En general molt bona atenció amb tot.

Este hotel ha tenido tiempos mejores, grifos rotos, habitaciones pequeñas, zócalos rotos,…

El personal es muy amable. La estética del hotel es muy atractiva.

La habitación estaba muy sucia y con muchos insectos, supongo que de la terraza que también estaba muy descuidada. La iluminación pésima.

La cercanía al centro

Un poco usado, se le notaba el paso del tiempo al mobiliario

- refillable shampoo empty since the beginning, was not refilled by staff, when asked (only received some small shampoos to cover a few showers). Had to buy shampoo - we heard the neighbours - wardrobe made screaming noises when opened

Lovely staff.

Location not the best, quite far from the city and attractions. Very slow internet. Place needs updating in the rooms but not a bad place for a week or so, looks shabby from outside, needs a good wash. Buses are quite close so easy to get into city. Train and metro are a 10 minutes walk.

Hotel was at a nice location, close to public transport and a mall with lot of dining options. Not far from airport so easy to get with either Metro or a bus.

The Air Conditioning did not work properly nor cool down the room. The Shower corner was molding and the toilet tank did not want to hold in water. There were cockroaches in the room which prompted a room switch. Missing kettles in the room so customer could boil their own water for tea or coffee.

We were on the ground floor and had a terrace, that was very good. Breakfast was good, there were hot and cold foods.

Our covers were only sheets, and there was only one blanket in the wardrobe in room. It was late at night and I didn't want to bother the staff. There was also some noise from the next room, but not for a long time.

The staff was wonderful. They tried your best, but because of the amenities they couldn’t do anything about it… But they tried.
