The breakfast was so good. It covers All the flaws.... the main attraction of Jerai Hotel is their breakfast buffet... I hope you can improve the menu...

The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to Pekan Rabu and other amenities. Generally, the room is in satisfactory condition, except for the water pressure issue.
However, I've encountered a water pressure issue in my room on level 9. The water disappears after approximately 5 minutes of use. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed unaware of whether other guests have experienced similar problems.
Additionally, I found the parking situation to be quite limited and the spaces narrow, necessitating me to park at MBAS parking in front of the hotel. The road leading to the parking area is bumpy, and the bushes are not well-managed.
I suggest that the hotel consider purchasing the parking area from MBAS and renovating it to a better-conditioned state. This would improve both the parking experience for guests and the overall appearance of the hotel's surroundings.
I also ordered the ala carte meal for dinner. While the presentation was nice, I found the food to be only average, especially considering the price. I've stayed at cheaper hotels where the food was much better. The breakfast is average too.
The refrigerator appears to be quite dated. There are no bottles of mineral water provided in the room, only drinking water.
It seems that the condition hasn't changed much since my last visit here 10 years ago, and I recall the previous experience being better.
