Lovely room the bathroom was just across the corridor but that was fine

Bit noisy with traffic during the day but not much at night so didn’t disturb my sleep

A truly lovely b&b. Liz and Mark were very welcoming and friendly 😀 Tony and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially sitting out on the balcony! Would highly recommend Sea Air b&b

Have nothing bad to say about the property although there is work still needs to be done, Mark and Liz are addressing this, so I for one look forward to seeing what they do to it!

Liz and Mark are very warm and welcoming and attentive to every need possible,couldn't have wished for better host. Our room is extremely comfortable and has everything you will need. Already booked to return in same room next year for our 1st wedding anniversary xxx

too early 8/8-30 on holiday. couldn't possibly eat a full cooked breakfast at this time. i was on holiday!

the cleanliness of the whole place. no attempt at even a duster round my room and no cups removed for washing etc - other visitors there payed only £65 per day for their stay of 4 days for both, whereas I had payed £553 for 7 days for just me. Can you explain that?

The friendliness of the owners , Liz and Mark , who had only been in a week ! The room with balcony was fantastic , the breakfast was amazing , and they couldn’t do enough for us , it is ideally placed for the beach and the town and has its own parking , which is perfect , there is a bus stop right outside , and there are buses to Skegness and back about 3 an hour right up to midnight , including the open top busses , will certainly be back 😊

We had a lovely time away the staff were lovely. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Not very big but ideal.

Lovely and friendly, William looked after us,, close to all amenities,, free parking and WiFi, got family close by so ideal for us to visit them, we've booked again for April,

close to the centre, the balcony was lovely

Great location. Relatively cheap. Good electrical shower. Plenty of hot water. Freshly prepared fruit salad for breakfast. Good parking on site.

Bathroom. Mould, dirt and dusty. Mattress poor old and uncomfortably. Room heater didn't work. Many cobwebs around ceiling corners. Bed linen old and warn. Toilet cistern difficulty to flush. Tiles around sink loose and about to fall off. Generally bedroom was old and grubby. Bedroom furniture cheap and damaged. Tatty warn out split thread bare toilet mat. Breakfast basic limited choice offered. Generally my opinion is that the proprietor is not now so interested in the business that being the property is up for sale. Needs new owners to give it a major refurbishment.
