Nothing special

Staff behaviour . We went with families and waited 15 mins while the stuff is busy with phone , non even interested to show a greeting also ..aftr waiting for 15 mins when we have asked for checkin ( reception stuff was still busy with phones ) , he started misbehaving with us . Asking give payment receipt copy , hotel booking pdf copy then asking share these all details to his personal email I’d . Though I’ve shown booking confirmation email to him but he declined to check in us until not showing payment receipt copy & PDF format confirmation. Please avoid this hotel as the stuff thinks you paid to the hotel owner , not to them . During check out they will ask money if you don’t pay again they will charge you for damaging . My suggestion will be avoid this hotel if you can

Very good guest house to stay..

1. Good location 2. Clean 3. Riverside 4. Safe 5. Comfortable bed, good room decor

I had to pay Rs. 1910 per room (double bed, non AC) online whereas their on spot even AC room charge is at least Rs.500 lesser than this per room. So basically i lost Rs. 1500 minimum for this booking for nothing.

They charge money for everything. They charge 200 for 1 hr car parking.

Property is located at 1 KM from ISKON gate , but well connected with running Toto (only Rs.10 per head) to commute. Even one can easily walk down to and from temple. Excellently maintained with neat and clean, and hygene wise. Most importantly property owner and staff behavior is so polite, helpful, homely and so modest... very much appreciated. We did not even feel that we have come away from home. Moreover, it is located just at the river bank, so even one can spend hours sitting at window and seeing the beauty of our mother nature. There was nothing to like at that place. It was so so dirty place . Cigarettes smell. no natural aération. Just not recommended to anyone for this price.

It was total scam. So expensive for such a dirty place. Even for Rs100 per night I would never book this guest house. And it’s scam they make you do full payment on reservation online. Disgusting. I paid 10 days and left after 2 nights only to pay for another place and leave peacefully.

Due to my over sight we had reached with a beagle . Extremely indebted to the management and staff for accomodating us even though the hotel is not officially pet friendly.

No dining place though room service is available from a nearby pice hotel.

Only river facing room

Absolutely overpriced room in comparison to room size, amenities etc. Rent should not be more than 800.00/- by any means. For any extra blanket they are charging for we havn't come across this even in high class hotels across India. They serve the paid breakfast awfully. They used to dump all the food in a plastic carry bag and hand it over to the guests. They don't have sense & courtesy to think how to have this food in that way? Check out should be appx 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM. We paid 2800/- per night through Booking.Com which is absolutely wastage of money. We won't recommend this guest house to anyone. During this pandemic they don't have proper hygiene & safety measure. Pillows, blankets & bed sheets and are not cleaned. Rooms are smells like anything, we felt a pungent smells all the time from wash room. No towels & soaps are provided in first place. We had to ask for it several times. Place are full of mosquitos. We had to ask for All out oil. My honest recommendation, don't go for it, too much expensive.
