Lulu and Russel were fantastic hosts! They were so welcoming and made us feel very at home. The breakfast basket each morning is such a cute touch, and looked forward to this each day. The views of the surrounding areas are stunning, and the location couldn't be better. I went for runs through the local fields and down along the beach both mornings and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.

The only thing I would improve about the stay, is the view from the hot tub! It overlooks the most beautiful field of horses, and the sunset was perfect, however the fence in front is so high that it blocks the view when you are sitting in the hot tub itself! I had to keep standing up to watch the horses, which was such a shame! I could have sat out there all night! (That's me really thinking hard of something to improve - everything was perfect)

Gorgeous house / grounds with well presented rooms which have everything you need. Very clean & great location!! The devil is in the detail and everything has been thought about at Linden house! We will be returning - thank you

We stayed in West Wing, which has a very spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is extremely quiet. They have a hot tub, which can be booked for a small daily fee. The continental breakfast is delivered to your doorstep every morning - it was plenty for two. We'll return during summer.

The breakfast was fine, as we do not eat a large breakfast! Location was good, as we visited friends in Emsworth and a relative in East Wittering.

It was very cold in the evening, despite the fact there was a lovely hot radiator!

A stylish accommodation in a peaceful, rural setting. Lulu and Russell are perfect hosts who were so helpful and available. Lovely garden room with excellent facilities. Delicious continental breakfast delivered to the doorstep every morning. Would highly recommend staying at Linden House. Perfect for a short break away.

The bedroom was nice and tidy, with everything you’d need including a coffee machine, and mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was good. The garden around the property was very nice, and it’s based in a great location.

There was nothing bad about the property.

Nice to have use of a hot tub (under the stars). Nice big shower. Clean linen, etc Good clear communication with owners who were available at any time (on the end of a phone, if required).

Spotless accommodation with a big comfortable bed and lovely soft pillows. The hosts were very welcoming without being overly friendly. The breakfast basket was fantastic, a wide variety of continental options. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast outside just by the adjacent field. The shower was powerful and perfect for a good scrub after the beach.

It was very disconcerting both peeing and using the shower with no blind. The window looks onto an empty field but you constantly have the feeling you're being watched - seems like an easy fix to put in a small blind. Our room had a great selection of DVDs but we couldn't get any of them to work. When then tried to use our Amazon Prime account and the internet wasn't powerful enough to stream the video. It kept buffering and then eventually dropped out.

The room was beautiful and the views were lovely! Lulu and Russell were so friendly and helpful too! The continental breakfast was huge and the room was well stocked with complimentary tea, coffee ect! Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Very welcoming hosts. The room we had was spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots to eat - from croissants, toast, fresh fruit and cereals delivered to the door. Lulu and Russell were available and easy to communicate with, but were not intrusive.

Our stay was great, we were made to feel very comfortable, we had a lovely spacious room with a little outdoor area in the garden. It was a little piece of heaven for a weekend. The breakfast basket was lovely, it was spotless clean ! Highly recomend !

Russell and Lulu are great hosts and gave us some good advise on local cuisine. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast. There is a mini fridge in the room which is so handy and it is well stocked with drinks 🍸 if you haven't bought your own. There is a supply of milk and orange juice and a Nespresso coffee machine. The rooms all have their own entances which makes it all very private. Each room has their own private seating area with great views. There is also a hot tub to hire. All in all a great experience.We will definitely be back.

The property is well looked after and very clean. Russel & Lulu are great hosts. The Continental breakfast was great.

The property is situated next to the main road; we stayed at the property during a busy time and it was a bit too noisy for our liking.

Garden room is fantastic. Separate shower beautiful. Lulu great host. Lovely to have your own entrance and hallway. Building and furnishings top top quality.

It is very near the road. As a ground floor room, you have to close the blinds if you want privacy.

We had such a wonderful stay at Linden House. The rooms were clean and peaceful, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. Also, only a short driving distance to the beach.

Thank you for a lovely stay! The couple who are the hosts are so lovely and go above and beyond. Breakfast was delivered in a hamper which was nice. We booked out the hot tub which was amazing! The room was spacious and really clean! Would definitely recommend walking along footpath through the fields from the accommodation to the beach!

Very comfortable large king bed, warm croissants, beautiful views of the fields from the bedroom window and even spotted a deer. The hot tub was amazing. We went in the morning and at night. Hosts are really friendly and very quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back
