Beautiful rooms and the staff were fantastic even though they had a pub full of people. the gentleman in the bottle shop was extremely lovely and even offered to help us in with our bags!!

the location. it is near to town centre. the pub downstairs serves great food and alcohol
the whole place is undergoing renovation so it is dusty and noisy. carpets need to be changed. there is a musty smell everywhere. hot water isn’t functioning when I was there and there are no elevators- u have to use the stairs to carry the luggage.

We were advised there would be some noise in the room from the bar area however the noise was excessive.

It is a conveniently placed pub in close proximity to the heart of katoomba.
The pillows weren't particularly great, and a few cups in the room for water would be nice for when you can't walk down to the bar.

Conveniently located, very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beds comfortable, bathroom small, modern, shower nice and hot. Meals in restaurant were well priced, generous in size and tasty. Free car parking.
Carrying luggage and trying to navigate getting through the locked glass door that separates the accomodation and the public bar to access our room.

Proximity to anything, that was cool
There is no convenient way for the guests to get in and get out other than going through a packed pub/restaurant. That was annoying. Also, the parking lot was a bit crude.
