Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk.

Breakfast was so so. The scrambled eggs were lumpy and barely warm! My room 208 was ok but the bathroom was dark and gloomy. The shower was horrible and old. Terrible worn out shower head and difficult to keep water at temperature. Not good!

The rooms and lobby were beautiful. Great having a fridge in the room. The staff was very pleasant, especially the cleaning crew.

The location is around 28 kms from Giethoorn. The property offers good breakfast, there is a farm nearby where children can see farm animals and also play. They offer e scooters and a trip with them is awesome. The staff is excellent and always eager to help!

I didn't expect to find on this countryside that great modern luxury hotel on a shore of a lake with some yachts and boats around. Restaurant, serving a dinner until 11pm, beverages (and beers) available in a vending machine or/and at a reception 24x7 and a room service available. Due to a hotter weather, everywhere Fans were available, including the one in the room. Large LCD TV with some local channels (I didn't watch them). Bathroom is spacious and has bathtub and shower cabin. My stay was very short - "just overnight", so I didn't use all the facilities. However the overall hotel ambience is lovely and cozy. Team is supportive and smiling everywhere. Nevertheless it was a short stay I truly enjoyed it and would come back again.

The water pressure in a shower was too weak, so I went to a bathtub...but perhaps it was an issue in that particular room...I didst have a time to discuss that in a reception, but this is a minor temporary issue, I believe...
