Old facilities not maintained at all . Starting from towels, furniture and really obvious on outdoors area ,balconies &pool . Apart from being unacceptable it caused also a feeling of being dirty in common areas such as the corridors carpet full of stains. Though you could say the hotel used to be very well designed today's condition is way below a 5 star hotel and should not be priced or presented as such. It is a clear management decision to proceed with some renovations as the building and overall setup provides opportunity to change this clearly disappointing condition of today.

The room was comfy and well appointed but the standard of service was not reflective of the price so I did not consider it value of money.

My room was not ready when I arrived 30 mins after check in time. I returned an hour later and it still wasn't ready. I waited at reception until a room was allocated to me. This is inexcusable and shows a distinct lack of communication between reception and housekeeping. The housekeeping staff were still cleaning rooms after 6pm that day and looking a big fraught.

Everything was amazing!!!!! Thank you for upgrading our room to Junior suite for free and for the complementary wine with fruits.

first day room was not so clean spider nets around , pool water doesn’t look very clean as well . Reception don’t care if you need help for the luggage.

A wide room with balcony in the old section. Good pool and breakfast.

Room was wide but missing stuff like coffee machine , tissues. Bathroom had no curtain. Some hot water issues that had to be fixed.

The lady at reception kindly upgraded my room from Economy to a better one. The hotel is in a great location right on the seafront with wonderful tsiporiadika restaurants nearby. The sea seems very clean, I swam every day.

I could not figure out where to get the bus to Volos. I asked at Reception and the lady was unable to provide a clear explanation, she just kind of waved her arm and said 'over there.'. This is a trait of the female sex, they can rarely give clear directions. The bathrooms are 3-star not 5-star. Weak water pressure. No shower cabin, you shower in the bath with no shower screen and no grab rails.
