Parking right outside the door. Comfy bed. Lift available.

Room size a bit cramped. No hot water so had to use an alterative room for shower. Breakfast - not cheap, seemed to be an inconvenient offering which comprised orange juice (good), coffee (insipid) and a slab of toast (???)

The small apartment was very nice with rooftop balcony

The lift did not fully work up to the 3rd floor (you had to hold down the button) and the staff were not that friendly or helpful

Rustic property at the top of the town. parking for cars and motorcycles outside the front door on a quiet street. Aircon worked very well, 15 min walk to first bars and restaurants.

Bit to rustic for me ( personal preference).

Shower tray could do with a rubber mat on the floor as it is very slippy when you are using - we only had breakfast one day but was good and what we expected

The hostal is far from the bus station and Aracena is hilly, so it wasn’t a fun walk with my luggage. I should have taken a taxi or a different route than that found on the Booking.com site. It’s possible to stick to outer roads and avoid walking downhill and then uphill.

VERY comfortable beds and a nice big room.

The location was excellent for reaching the ferry port, only 11 minutes away by car

This excellent hotel is very central and staff (the owner) is very accommodating and friendly. We arrived late and after a quick check in were advised were we could get food. Breakfast is superb and served in a very nice patio with some fountains. The room was huge with a small terrace and view to the castle. We would definitely go back.
