At the point of arrival at Travellers Beach Hotel at Nyali, I can honestly state the service, the location, the amenities were perfect for us as a family of 4. The food was excellent, Nothing was a problem to the staff. I can totally recommend this resort without hesitation. It was a most relaxing holiday. Well done to Travellers Beach Hotel and all staff.

Great food at the buffet. Stuff very friendly.

rooms are very very old. The bathrooms are very dated and rusty. The shower head was barely working. it was like stepping into a time capsule hotel from the 80s.

Staff were the best ever

Aircon did not work , shower hot or cold ,never correct Newyears eve party ended by 12.30, rediculas Beach unused

It was just average and not worth for the money paid ie Ksh 38484 /- on HB for double occupancy for a night. It was always crowded with Gala Dinners and Lunch like a Restaurant and their other facilities for the general public.

Too much crowd of the local Public and the food was not up to the standard and the Reception was too poor. The Parking space was occupied for Public function.
