Staff very welcoming. Room very clean and comfortable with useful mini fridge and tea, coffee, cookies fresh milk, plus free bottles of still & sparkling water in the fridge. Facility to top up water and beverages near reception. Had chaise longue in my room by the window with view to the sea. Bed very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with monsoon shower and lovely deep bath. Plenty of power sockets in room. It was quite warm during my stay so there was a floor standing fan which was very effective. Good choice for breakfast and decent portion size. Very tasty too!

Had run out of lemon and limes when we asked for more cocktails. But not really a complaint!

On arrival our welcome was outstanding, the location to Brighton centre is an easy 10 minute walk away and only 1 minute to the beach. Breakfast was excellent with great variety. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel and I and my friends would stay again when in Brighton. The hotel art and sculptures are very chic and make the hotel very different in a good way.

Parking can be a challenge but we were lucky and managed to park in the square..... so not that negative

Well situated and very easy to walk to everywhere we needed to. the property was very clean, modern and everything was great quality. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Excellent breakfast, Lots of lovely little extra touches to make it special and the staff there are incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely return incredibly happy about choosing to stay here.

Warm welcome from James who was extremely helpful when we arrived and all during our stay. Our room and the public areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and the furnishings and fittings throughout were modern and stylish. The breakfast was delicious and well presented.

The property was decorated in a manner which was glamorous without being ostentatious. it was in keeping with the character of the building and the street.

I believe that the room was a little cramped by the presence of the table and chairs. Nit a criticism as others would have found it useful.

Everything, great service, perfect location and room was so comfortable…couldn’t ask for more…don’t want to say to much because don’t want it booked out when I come back

Excellent location - 10 minute walk to centre of Brighton. Friendly staff. Superbly appointed rooms and bathroom. Best breakfast!
