The bed was lovely felt so comfortable.

The location is excellent. Julia and Iain were very friendly and welcoming; they were keen to make our stay work well. The bed was comfortable and everything we wanted was in the room. The breakfast choices were good.

Personally, I'd prefer that artificial air fresheners aren't used.

Hosts Julia and Iain went above and beyond from the first point of contact ensuring our anniversary break away was a memorable one. Warm, friendly and welcoming. The 4 poster room is beautifully decorated and well stocked with, teas and coffees. The mini fridge with water and milk is another lovely touch. Breakfast is a pre order sytem, with a great choice listed also fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals included. We both had a cooked full English and the portions were plentiful and cooked well, loved the beans being in a pot. There is a well stocked bar with prices that wont break your bank, with a lovely and comfortable front garden to enjoy these in until 10.30pm. We were able to reserve a parking space outside but there are plenty of car parks and side road parking close by if needed. Just a short stroll to the seafront or to the town via some lovey gardens. Great public service links. We are already planning our next break and raving about you both to family and friends.

Well what a treat, we arrived early that day, this was no issue for Julia and Iian, made us both feel so welcome in their home from home , lovely clean rooms ,lots of extras supplied,mini fridge fresh milk water biscuits,lots of toiletries,if you had forgot something it was probably in your room,fantastic breakfast whatever you wanted,fresh fruit every day, had some lovely chats with both of them,can't thank them both enough,even had my hair cut ‍️ in Julia's salon which was great, had drink in the bar on last night with them,just short walk to beach and a nice walk round the park area to the town,out on the front of the property was lovely, lit up at night with garden chairs very nice thankyou to them both we will definitely return😁

Ian and Julia are the perfect hosts. Never felt more welcome and catered for... ever!. The room was spotless and the bed guaranteed an excellent sleep. Bathroom, again was spotlessly clean and well fitted out. Breakfast beats anything as regards quality of cooking and product with a good full menu choice. Location is perfect with literally 5 mins to everything. True 10 out of 10 stay. Already rebooked. Say no more. Well done guys.

The hosts Julia and Ian made me feel very welcome and was very helpful with tips on local attractions etc. It was more than a guest-house- was more like staying with friends ! Had some nice chats with them. They had fresh milk in a mini fridge in the room which was a nice touch. I could see they paid a lot of attention to detail in organising and providing everything a guest could ever ask for ! Had an excellent breakfast which was included in the price and they did not skimp on choice or portion size either.

Breakfast was very well cooked. Great selection, something for everyone. Nothing was too much trouble, very attentive e to our needs
