Everything From arriving outside to being greated by the host who was lovely very welcoming, helped me with my bags. As soon as I entered it smelt lovely, and was really clean We got shown to our room and it was stunning, the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. We had a little welcome pack with some chocolates, plenty tea and coffee and water. The bed was so comfortable, the fridge was so beneficial when you have a young child. The bathroom was also clean, Towels shampoo body wash, toilet roll was all provided. There was also a fan in the bedroom as it was warm on the night but it was just because it had been a warm day. There was a big enough window so was no problems cooling the room down, it was so quiet all the time and very peaceful which is what you want when on holiday. We had breakfast twice and rez was very accommodating to our needs, the breakfast was lovely, couldn't fault it, my daughter ate for free. The bed and breakfast is very close to the beach and restaurants, plenty to do in South shields for a little break away. The cleaners deserve some credit too, I've never seen rooms so immaculate. Will definitely be returning Thanks again for a lovely stay

Warm welcome to a comfortable room in an superb location. Room was scrupulously clean, bed comfortable, room well equipped, breakfast very generous, and host very welcoming and helpful. There is no guest lounge, but this wasn't something I needed; there are more than enough local attractions and amenities. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Everything!!! The owner was so lovely, accommodating and gave the personal touch. The room was small but had everything you could need or want. The location was perfect, close walk to the beach. Free street parking. 33 indian restaurants on one street - perfect! So many award winning restaurants to choose from. The breakfasts (extra cash payments) were the best!

The seagulls were very noisy during the night! But this can't be helped when staying on the coast. Other than that - this accommodation is absolutely perfect.

The location is excellent and the welcome warm. I had everything I could have possibly needed in my room to enable a very comfortable stay.

There is nothing to not like.

Comfortable room. Bed linens, towels were clean. Free wifi is fast. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning. Lots of English, Indian and Italian restaurants across the road.

Would prefer to have a bidet hose in the toilet.

Spotless rooms with everything you could want, comfy beds and great nights sleep. Fantastic host and great location would 100% recommend.

The Accommodation was very clean, very comfortable, real good value for money and I would really recommend you have the breakfast. I was made very welcome and nothing was a problem. The breakfast was excellent and great value, the service excellent and very fast. The location perfect for me, near a lovely coastline and good beaches and lots of parks, plenty of restaurants, bars and the town centre minutes away. Very highly recommend.

Convenient location, warm and comfortable room, good wifi and friendly host.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options, kept me going until tea time. I particularly liked the little extras in the room such as an iron and hygiene items

The whole experience from walking through the door to leaving. Room is comfy with lots of extras including a box of chocolates. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked whilst we waited. Perfect location to bars, restaurants, shops and beach me we will definitely book here again.

That we could stay longer as we felt so at home. Nothing needs changing at all, it's perfect

The host was great, really friendly and helpful. The b&b was clean and the room clean & very cosy. Fresh chilled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The location is great too.
