The location
The noisy dog early in the morning but I didn’t choose a vista mar so my fault and not the hotels about the dog

I did not eat in the hotel. The staff was excellent in their service. Also very friendly. The location excellent. The room and balcony exceptional. Only the cleanliness could be a little better. Some areas need renewable attention. It is extremely good value for the stay. I would go again, except that next winter I want to rent apartotels for one month at a time starting the end of November and till February. Kindest regards Luna Allen.
The cleanliness which had not enough to my standards. But because of the financial value I believe it is excellent value, especially for its location. I have enjoyed it very much.

We loved the location with sea views. Enjoyed relaxing on the spacious balcony and listening to the waves. Convenient to travel by tram to Alicante and Benidorm. Lively area with promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Good value. Friendly helpful and polite staff. Nice to have option of kettle in room. Will choose to come again to this hotel.
Shower head not fitted/fixed to stand. Menu not very interesting and comparatively more expensive than other restaurants in area.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and will definitely be returning. Everyone working there made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location great and views from the balcony overlooking the beach is the best view you can wake upto.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The cafeteria has got a sea view. The internet never failed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable.
To have something in the balcony to hang our wet clothes after coming from the beach.

Loved the balcony. Fabulous view of the sea. Right on the front. You could hear the waves lapping.
The staff offered all guests a kettle. There was a fridge in the room and we got offered glasses from the bar and a corkscrew.Very friendly welcome. 😍
The hotel was great. Just a couple of guests were noisy. Slamming doors late at night.
It was very peaceful otherwise.
