the location is perfect, the staff are very nice and the rooms are good value for money

the noise on the ground floor rooms is unacceptable. the ventilation machine is extremely loud. the staff helped me change the room to an upper floor, however at 4AM the sink and shower started making a lot of noise (the hotel was working on the water pressure systems). i would have paid more to have a quiet location

Terrrace could be more inviting, bar was closed. Pretty loud at night.

Bed was comfortable. There's a basic roof with hammocks, a small pool and good views of the town.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The interior decor could have been brighter

The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly always which to me is so important when travelling. Also, the location was what I wanted. Close to the water and to the best restaurants in town.

It is a very simple hotel. Rooms are basic. I would say backpacker style just that you don't share and have your own room. It was clean and tidy but NO luxurious by any stretch. Which is fair. Maybe I was just expecting a little more and out room did have a smell. Like a mouldy smell

The staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is good and the location perfect. This was our “base camp” for three plus weeks up here. So we left and came back four times. Left our excess luggage etc. They are the best!!

I like it all

The staff was great. Each of them did my stay great, Vladimir, Diego and Gerardo! Also the girls in the kitchen that assured I have the best breakfast ever (I'm celiac and they tried every day to offer me gluten free products). The room was great, spacious, comfortable and I have all I need: TV, air conditioner, ecc. The best was the tourist guidance from the staff always that offer me and told me every time what was best to visit or take in the city.

Staff was amazing, Vladimir is extremely attentive and makes you feel very welcomed. Rooftop is nice although the pool is rather very small.

Personal service was excellent, all of them very kind, also they give us some recomendations to visit places or transportation that was very helpful. Rooms very clean, and breakfast is perfect to start the day.

Vladimir! i mean the accommodation was nice too and everything worked out well. vladimir made the stay really special, cause he did really everything for us and he is the reason why i give 10 points.

there are partys next door on the streets on weekends, so it can get really loud and sleeping is not possible, when you have a room next to the street

Staff and location.

They don’t have cable tv. Only a few streaming platforms with really bad programs. The flush system or toilet didn’t work well.

The room was very big. There was air conditioning. Very good value and very good breakfast. Nice rooftop with seats and shade. Very nice personal. Location is perfect in the old town.

No hot water in the evening and general feeling that all the facilities were really old. The pictures in Booking hinted at a bit more luxury. Shower head was like a gym shower. There is a lot of humming structural noise from various engines.

It looks just like the pictures. My spacious room had a cool balcony you could go out on.

It’s Santa Marta so of course there are loud bars that play music. There is one close by that plays music until the wee hours of the night. I had my own music and headphones that drowned out the sounds.

Fantastic huge room and they gave us an upgrade. Super clean and great to have the pool and deckchairs on the top terrace. Wifi was great and there was nice communal areas. Great location too. Staff were so great and went the extra mile to help!

Breakfast was yummy, staff friendly. Location is more than amazing, close to everything but that half block to the party street gives you the peace and quiet to sleep.

Not much, good value for money. No warm water.
