Lokalizacja, blisko szlaków i Krupówek. Tuż obok Biedronka. Bardzo życzliwa i pomocna pani w recepcji. Możliwość wzięcia prowiantu zamiast śniadania. Apartament przestronny. Parking dla gości.
Śniadania dopiero od 8:00 (dość późno dla osób idących w góry). Szkoda, że nie ma kuchenki i zlewu w części kuchennej apartamentu. Brak półek w łazience.

Śniadanie było pyszne, z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i nie wyjdzie głodny. Pani z recepcji fantastyczna, miła i kulturalna osoba. W zakopanym byliśmy już koło 10 rano zadzwoniłam do Pani czy możemy wcześniej skorzystać z parkingu to Pani nie widziała problemu, ale również powiedziała że szybko przygotuję apartament i tak było o godz. 12 już mogliśmy zameldować się. Z czystym sercem polecam. Byliśmy tez w styczniu 2023 w innym miejscu Jawor w Zakopanym i przyjechaliśmy wcześniej to Pani oznajmiła ze doba od 15, to od 15 może nas wpuścić a deszcz padał. Więc tu byliśmy mile zaskoczeni . Polecam.

śniadanie smaczne, na pewno nie wyjdzie się z niego głodnym. Pokój czysty, brak zastrzeżeń, Łazienka również czysta.
Brak ciepłej wody w łazience. Po przyjeździe ciepła woda była - myliśmy ręce. Jednak później od godziny 22 brak ciepłej wody. Rano również ciepłej wody brak. Ogrzewanie w pokoju mogło by być wydajniejsze.

Entrance door of appartments has no any noise decreasing things, so when neighbors are getting back home or just talking, it’s like in your corridor.

Very good location, close to the center, in a quiet side street. The rooms were spacious, it would be comfortable to stay there for a longer time. Convenient parking in front of the house.

- The hot water was not consistent and in the middle of your bath, the water got cold :(
- The wifi could have been better
I understand that both these issues were because the place was full. Something for the management to consider upgrading if they have all their rooms full.

If you want to feel like in your home, then this is the place. Located very close to the city center (10 min walk) in a very quiet residential area in the valley, this traditional style hotel is a gem. There is a supermarket (open 5am to 11.30 pm) and a cash machine very close to the hotel (1 min walk). The staff were very polite and helpful. The common areas are decorated throughout with local paintings. The room was big enough and clean. The toilet was as big as a single room in a Travelodge and was very clean. The breakfast was not that detailed, but you can find enough options to fill your stomach.

Location - 10mins walk to the Zakopane park. 15mins walk to the Gubalowka funicular. There's a supermarket really close by if you need anything. Restaurants are also walking distance and even the Watra bus stop.
Staff - really friendly and nice. They also speak english a little and very helpful.
Breakfast - Perfect! Great food and a lot of choices
Room - we booked a double room with balcony and we're happy with it. The shower has really good pressure and temperature. Complete amenities.

It is a friendly place. It is located in a walking distance from center of Zakopane. Mrs Gosia was a wonderful host. We arrieved late after a long road trip. Mrs Gosia welcomed us warmly with classic polish sour rye soup. It was so kind of her. Overall, we had a good time.
