the staff are all pleasant and professional. the facilities are good and so is the food.

the beds are hard and so are the pillows only stairs in and out of the ski room

The location was ideal. The reception team were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were kind and friendly.

The hotel seats you at one specific table for your entire stay at the hotel. Being a solo traveller, the table assigned to me was in the corner of a small room in the restaurant for 1 person and quite small. There was never a menu for the dinner on the table as other tables had and sometimes no napkins etc. It felt a forgotten table. I was also shouted at by one staff member for not having signed the bill for the dinner i had the previous night. I was not told the procedures and felt that was a bit rude. If I have a specific table for the entire stay, the costs for any extras should be on my bill. On my last morning, someone else was seated at my table so not sure what that was about. I asked for another table and was kindly given by one of the ladies on the floor. So I am saying this as good for people to be aware and not get similar treatment. Otherwise everyone else was very nice.

I have absolutely no words about Hotel Bon Alpina. From the check in until check out was everything absolutely amazing! It's so good to stay in a place where you don't have to worry about anything else but just enjoy the holidays! Breakfast was superb, dinner with different menus every day and the bar with live music sometimes was just the cherry on top of the cake! They have a dedicated places for skiing equipment and the bus that goes to the mountains stops in front of the hotel. I would for sure recommend and if any time I go back to Innsbruck I will stay there!!

The Village is awesome! The People in the Village are Awesome!

The Hotel treated us like a lower class because we stayed for just one night! We were not told until we checked out we had a complementary breakfast! But this is one of our favorite hotels! We will give them another chance!

the kitchen wasn’t as good, and the dining area was a bit poor and old, and it didn’t have any music. sadly we were in an area with very few people, and it was a bit akward. but the staff was very helpful and kind so it went good at the end.

For a 3-star hotel the All Inclusive offer is totally worth it. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, the location is excellent and the staff is super friendly. Very pleasant 💫

they weren’t able to offer an evening meal. car parking was 500 m away, up a hill at local car park as limited space at hotel.

The location is perfect. It is easy to travel into the city and travel up to Patscherkofel. The staff is also very friendly and entire vibe here is cozy and warm.

The breakfast was limited choice but the eggs are delicious. First floor is right next to parking lot. Open windows are impossible due to noise in the morning.

Limited options for gluten free and lactose intolerants, parking lot in front of hotel very small and always full, all sounds from the street are heard on the room and there is no fridge!

I had a missfortunate situation to make this booking 20 minutes after midnight and in the rush to do it and get to sleep I somehow managed to miss the small writing by the question "Do you want to book it for today or tomorrow?". In that case today means yesterday. Anyway, I called tommorow morning the hotel and the front desk manager Robert played it cool and allowed me to stay normally without any hassle. Cool guy. I wanted to give it 7, but Robert made it to 8.

I was told to move my motorcycle because it's in the way of tesla chargers. Later there were parked normal petrol cars, no Tesla in sight. I guess the lady working there isn't fond of motorcycles.

Everything was perfect, location, facilities, swimming pool, room, personal and brilliant breakfast.

The room could be cleaner. I found hairs in the pillow. And also the check out was at 11 but at 9 someone from the hotel knocked on the other and open it really fast.

Hotel is in the beautiful area on the mountain in front of the church. The room was quite big comparing to other hotels. Good wifi. There is a pool.

Parking lot was full, so we had to park 500 m away from the hotel up the mountain in public parking. Wifi is good inside, but not in the balcony. The hotel seems popular and crowded, with many people in the lobby, breakfast area and in the corridors. Surrounding shops and cafes have short working hours.
