the location was great, the room was clean, the staff was slow but helpful. overall good place to stay, good price, great location!

i just dont like the toilet because the water was too weak. the hallway smells weird, the lobby smells amazing but the hallway going to the room smells unpleasant.

The location was nice. Wifi was good.

The room looks more spacious in the picture. The bathroom was a bit dirty and also we found the fresh towels had hairs on them. The bathroom had so many stains on the floor. And there was an issue with the AC, it stopped working in the middle of the night and it was so hot. So we had to turn it off and on again. The workspace in the pictures looks bigger than what we actually got. The desk was too small to sit and work on.

Beautiful design, especially the lobby and friendly staff. When we waited for our driver to go to Bromo in the middle of the night in the lobby, the staff brought us some water to have with our food. Good location with lots of good coffee shops around. The bathroom was clean, we got fresh towels daily.

We had some stains on our bed linen and on the wall there was a hand-big redish stain. The room was okay, a little used up but the bed was comfortable.

The location is strategic. Many cafes and entertainment facilities found around the hotel. Maybe only need walk about 5-10 minutes. The room is nice

The signal tv is not good enough, only one elevator that been operated, need take some times to go down, the parking area is small, but you will get help from vallet there, dont worry

Good beds, comfortable and big. Clean bathrooms and hot water in showers. Small desk for working. Cute snack bar with water. Dark and fairly quiet room. Some free hygiene goodies were in the bathroom - toothpaste and bush, soap and hairnet.

TV was not working - foreign channels were not connected although being offered. Some stains on the pillows and bed sheets. Breakfast was supposed to be 9-10am. I have to call twice for it to be brought and it arrived at 10:25am. Breakfast was very basic. Dry ayam goreng with the nasi goreng. The western option was not to my liking. Juice provided was great.
