Great value for money and excellent location

Bathroom is very small but was ok for 1-2 nights

Breakfast was ok. Mainly japanese. I missed another than green tea but the rest was very fine. They had two types of juice, water, coffee and green tea.

Every day they had cleaning from 10am till 3pm which meant you can not stay in the hotel. Perhaps they would leave us there but I did not like this condition.

3-5 minutes walk from the station. 12 to 15 minutes walk to Matsumoto Station. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Complimentary breakfast and in the evening drinks like booze, soda and juices are available in the lobby.

The shower curtain smells and there is no trash bin in the bathroom.

This hotel was amazing. Great staff who are very accommodating, with a good location 5-10 min walk from the station. The staff was also quick to respond to emails and promptly helped by finding something we left at the hotel and mailing it to our next hotel for us. While the location and cleanliness was great, the staff make an effort to go above and beyond, which is what made this stay so great for us.

Rooms were a little small, but understandable as it is like this throughout Japan (it seems).

When we are about to go outside for our dinner it was raining and we ask the staff if we can borrow umbrella,they were so kind to offer us 2 big umbrellas. .friendly staff and the breakfast buffet is good..

We were in Matsumoto for a pleasure trip. The Hotel is very close to the station and it is very convenient and easily noticeable from the station premises. The Hotel does not provide a key card, they have a security password system. The security password is required to enter the building between 1200hrs to 0700hrs. The security password is printed on paper which can be easily lost. The paper is needed for checkout. So it will be better if they can use a better quality paper with a thickness like the one we received from the train Suica recharge machines. The room we stayed in comes with a loft bed which we think is unnecessary. We think they should accommodate the loft bed for some rooms only who desperately need such rooms. The guests with more luggage may have difficulties staying in the room because the loft bed steals some space, instead of the shelf the steps to the loft bed is there, which obviously cannot store any luggage as the height of the step and the height of our luggage most likely do not match. The bathroom is very small, it would be difficult to use the bathroom for a tall person. The room does not come with mineral water like other hotels in the same range. We stayed 2 nights, the booking option is only with breakfast. The breakfast was not up to the mark, especially since Sunday breakfast is terrible, we had to go to the coffee shop nearby to have a decent breakfast. We went for breakfast on Monday also, it was slightly better than Sunday. However, they do not provide, bread/pastries for breakfast which we think is unfair as everyone cannot eat rice for breakfast.

Staff was awesome! Front desk lady was so nice to me!!!! Also, had the best breakfast set up Ive had here in Japan!!!!

layout of bathroom was a little hard. I know I paid for the smaller room but other bathrooms were a little easier to maneuver in. Rest of the room was great!

They had a variety of types of pillows that you could choose from for your own comfort. Staff and facilities were great. As an added bonus, they had a "welcome bar" which we enjoyed. The buffet breakfast was also wonderful.

Very close to location nd good breakfast

The staff was incredibly nice! He assisted us with so much warmth and joy. He even made small talk about our trip, which made the stay more personal and welcoming. The hotel is just 3 minutes away from Matsumoto Station. The breakfast is decent and has many options. There is a welcome drink bar at night — free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks!

My wife and I stayed for two enjoyable nights here. The hotel is very close to the station and izakaya area, so there was no trouble finding a place to eat. Some nice quiet izakaya are just across the road toward the station. Super Hotel may sound a bit tacky as a title, though our experience was anything but. The staff were genuinely welcoming and very professional. There was also a special welcome bar available with self-serve drinks, probably due to the pandemic and people shunning dining out.

Wearing gloves for the breakfast buffet made it challenging to put food on the plate. Better than catching the virus I suppose.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. The location is extremely convenient.

The pube in the fridge and hair in the sink; the thin walls so I could hear the man in the next room snoring and coughing all night.

The staff were absolutely lovely and great location right next to the station.

The rooms were very small, in particular moving around the bathroom felt like a feat of engineering to avoid knocking anything over. The WiFi connection was slow and kept cutting out so I had to hotspot off my phone half the time. The beds were also rock hard, in particular the standard pillow they give you is very hard so it's best to select an additional one at check-in. I didn't particular enjoy staying here as a result, although the staff were very helpful and it was conveniently located.

The location was good, close to the Matsumoto station. The rooms were good and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast buffet was really good. There were a lot of options to try.
