We liked everything. Great location as also great swimming pool. Tv with an immense choice of international channels. Big shower, quite, great view. equipped and modern kitchen. comfortable bed with a big wardrobe. We felt very welcomed as our host Monique surprised us a with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. We highly recommend this apartment.

In a good location for what we wanted, however a bit of a trek to the main restaurant area. Well equipped property, and close to the pool. There was a care package for when we arrived which was nice touch and meant we didn’t have to go to a shop straightaway (however we did).
Small things could be improved, for example provide an information book that had things like, taxi number, where to take rubbish, details about the aircon, closet shop etc. Rather than having to rely on asking one person. Bigger towels to dry yourself after a shower
Upon booking it was not clear that there was an extra charge for the aircon, think this needs to go in the main description.
Pool area was ok, but needs a few extra sun beds and some better steps to get into the pool.

Clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Kitchen decked out with all needs. Beautiful bathroom.
Air con only in bedroom, not in lounge area, but a portable fan was available. Hardly any sun loungers around the pool area so unable many days to lie out at pool. Seems many of the flats are private, so each flat has their own sun loungers.

Clean, modern, air conditioning, very comfortable, pool area great, but very deep not very suitable for kids overall for us definitely try and book this property again.

We are just back from a wonderful 10 night stay in apartment Chao, the apartment itself is airy, modern and comfortable, the view from the balcony is so lovely, we just loved it. It was in the forties when we stayed, so the air conditioning in the bedroom was a godsend! Both of us slept like logs in the comfy bed, plenty of good quality pillows, and nice fresh bed linen. We really couldn’t have asked for any more, the kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need to make all your meals, if you wanted. The apartment is right beside the pool, in our opinion, the best positioned one in the whole Portonovo complex! A short stroll to amazing restaurants, although during this time, plenty were closed, there was still loads to choose from. Or we would phone a taxi, less than 5 minutes, we were collected from the front of the apartments and had our pick of places to eat and drink on the main strip of the new town, also minutes away. Would book again in a heartbeat! Also, the welcome pack of wine, beer, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits was fantastic too!

Location as the apartment is in the best area of PDC. Comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. This was our 3rd time to visit PDC and it was by far our favourite accommodation. Cannot wait to return!
