Last hotel in our stay in Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Dalaman. Wifi cant reach the room as it's the farthest from the reception No hotel service please buy your drinking water once the provided water is finished. Air condition fan cant be adjusted so too cold in the early morning, Hotel could add a centre lighting in the room as it is really dim at night. Blanket could be softer and more comfortable. Pls replace. Thank you.

Location was good, not too noisy. Breakfast was very good. Cleanness was very good on all places.

The furniture needs to be changed, also the bathroom needs renovation. WiFi signal was not reaching my room.

Second time at this hotel, better than the first. Hotel changed since i was last there and was fantastic. Staff great, facilities fantastic cannot wait to come back. Well done Karbel Sun

There is one building new (lobby) and 2 building old a little bit and my room was far but over all the hotel is good and I think most of the hotels nxt to me are in the same condition

Actually it was my second stay at Karbel Sun Hotel.The location is perfect,It takes less than 5 minutes to the beach. Everything you need is nearby.The rooms are very clean and not noisy.Breakfast is good. The staff were all kind and helpful,especially Janna,who is very eager to help you,if a problem occurs.We arrived at 8 am and very tired and they could arrange a check-in for 11am instead of 2pm and a late check-out was also possible against a fee.I would book that Hotel again and again.

And Very bad rooms not comfortable soft bed Staff impolite and looking at u in very suspicious way The waiter i hotel resturant are scams they added 5 items twice to my recent and when contacted he claimed that there another table similar to mine but it seems they usually did this purposely special if u had a large order and ur new to the place the manager even didnot take an action regarding this and was impolite The swimming pool dirty and green colour Alot of noise and scary people looking at u when u walk with ur family in the street and shops beside the hotel and overpriced items loud music with live shows in the bars and street of gays dancers not suitable for families and young children's Most of the hotel rooms veiw at the back yard garage and the corridor light turned off at night its really scary at night and 2 times somebody knocked on my door at 2 am There is no elevator and u have to go up and down staires to ur room and reception to get in and out hotel doorit was really the worst hotel i stayed on my entire live One more think to get to that area where is the hotel located u should cross a very busy crowded road all the time for around 4 km it will take u a round 1h to cross this road obligatory becouse there is no other way to get to this area The bathroom door is glass and no shutter so any one sitting in the room or when the room door open can see anyone inside the bathroom and the hotel replay to this its amodern bathroom

The hotel is very close to everything in Oludeniz, it has a nice garden with pool. The last day they arranged the bed in a very nice way and put flowers,it was a pleasant surprise

The room was very small, you can barely wash yourself in the shower cabin because it's so small, the WiFi works mostly on the balcony, the breakfast is OK, but not great, we didn't get shower gel and soap refill just the ones put in the first day.

very nicely done out, rooms to suit all budgets, reasonably priced hotel .. very clean and staff are very friendly, absolutely loved the pool area and will be returning.. :)
