Wonderful and calm environment in the countryside. Beautiful building with a view over the vineyards. Lovely and welcoming hostess. Very satisfying breakfast with hand made cappuccino. Well located car parking. Would come back again!

- Amazing location and nice Staff - It's a spiritual center > quite and Zen. But it's also Religios but very discrete - the only thing very you see it is a Cristian Cross in the room(can be basically in every italian agrotourismo) if u don't mind having a Critian Cross in your room you are fine and can enyoj a very very beautiful and historic place. - It's a basic stay - be warned the price-worth ratio is very good and don't expect a Hotel, it's a nice place to relax for a day and continue you journey or to discover the area. - Very safe and nice area with a secured parking and a great location - next to the highway but still quite - with a beautiful garden. - The Staff is very very kind and outgoing

Not a bad thing but a proposal: Remove the breakfast from the offer and keep the price. It's not adding to the value. So eather make the Breakfast better(for example offer Omlette but probably the issue is then you need a kitchen and regulatories) / increase price or you remove it completely from the offer and keep the price - you would get better reviews. I must say i appreciated the espresso in the morning so it's basically not a bad thing it's just how booking.com is representing it wrong. The expectations are much much higher when you see 'breakfast' on booking - but as i said i appriciated the espresso very much but it's not breakfast. The price-value is also on your side so basically you can drop the breakfast from the offer and keep the price. Thanks you for the hospitality.

External of the hotel and garden are beautifull. Living room area is very nice with big windows. Staff is friendly and smiling all the time. Breakfast is ok for the price. Standard budget breakfast, carbs and sugar with cheese and ham. Outside is very quite.

This is bad on so many levels! 1. Beds are short, suitable for kids and average height women, not man. Moreover, beds are so uncomfortable you most certainly won't get good sleep. Pillows are hard like stones. 2. You hear everything, the hallway resonates so you hear every door key turn, on opening of the door of other rooms or passing through the hallway of other guest. 3. On the site there is no warning that this is not a standard accommodation but more of religious cells and the "rooms" are no more than 8m2. 4. After second night they collected towels and soap and didn't replace them, so you come into the bathroom without soap to wash your hands and the towels. Omg! 5. Last night of my stay the ventilator from the bathroom started rumbling every 30 seconds so it was impossible to sleep all night! 6. Very important, I couldn't charge my laptop in the room as there were electrical outlets smaller than usual. I could charge only my phone. 7. While choosing the accommodation I have chosen the filter business traveler and I don’t know how the booking got me this accommodation in the results.
