The hotel's location is one of the best in Hong Kong.

Those push-buttons in elevators are not well-lit for users to read before pressing them.

Bed was comfortable, room very nice

No room service or breakfast restaurant available. No minimal or coffee machine as in previous visits.

They were able to accommodate my requests. The room and the amenities were also amazing. I would definitely stay in the hotel again whenever visiting Hong Kong.

I was not able to find anything I didn't like.

Very good location, close to shopping area like Fa Yuen street and ladies market. Many eateries nearby as well. It has many charging point in the room which is important for family.

Overall are good except that it’s 8 min walk to the main MTR red line/

I loved how big the rooms were. I like the filtered water tap in the bathroom. I like that it was just next to moko mall.

Clean room, filtered water, courteous staff, convenient location, everything as expected.

Breakfast would have been nice. Curtain was operational but noticeably off track.

The room was excellent! Big and clean with 2 toilets, definitely sufficient for 4 pax. The bathroom in the master bedroom is perfect!! Extremely spacious, loved it. Worth the money.

It would be better if there can be 2 showers for convenience. There are 2 toilets but only 1 toilet provides shower, which is inside the master bedroom. The sharing toilet outside does not have shower.

Excellent location, train station downstairs. Saved us a Lou of time getting around the city. Good restaurant choices in the area. Looks better after renovations

A bit on the pricey side for the rooms. Would be good to have AirPort Express shuttle.

객실이 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 침구류가 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있었습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 시설이 제공되어 숙박하는 동안 잘 이용하였습니다. 수영장은 꽤 깊고 날씨에 따른 온도조절이 잘 이루어졌습니다. 노천탕이 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소가 쇼핑몰 및 지하철역과 연결되어 있어 여행하기 매우 편리하였습니다. 침사추이 등 시내에서 조금 멀지만 이동하기 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다.

체크인을 위한 대기시간이 꽤 오래 걸렸습니다. 피트니스 직원들이 좀 더 친절하였으면 좋겠습니다.

The location is very close to the center of Mongkok, and everything we need is right there. Easy access to the train station in the morning.

The shopping centre closes at 10 pm so cannot access the hotel through that, was a bit hard to get into the hotel after 10 pm. There was no free water bottles like the other Royal hotels. The bath shower was not ideal.

La situation. Connecté directement au mall et au métro Mong Kok East. Vous pouvez aussi rejoindre la ligne plus centrale en 10 min de marche (station Prince Edward), en longeant une rue remplie de fleuristes. Street food à proximité , restaurants dans le mall également, pratique pour le petit déjeuner ou pour y manger le soir après une longue journée. Nous avons eu un upgrade lors de notre premier séjour. La douche y était séparée de la baignoire. Sinon, la chambre prévue pour booking comprend un simple rideau de douche dans la baignoire. La première chambre en upgrade était d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine. L'hôtel est agréable pour un séjour en famille: nous étions en chambre familiale avec 2 grands lits doubles avec une superficie très correcte pour Hongkong.

Le personnel courtois sans plus.

We moesten in de rij staan om in te checken en dat duurde al een half uur. Daarna moest ik weer een kwartier in de rij staan om de deurpas op te halen. Lijkt mij dat je het inchecken eerste keer dat je dat mee kan krijgen. Tijdverspilling dit.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een toplocatie. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en de hygiëne is uitstekend.

Spijtig dat er geen ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Gelukkig zijn er voldoende eetgelegenheden in de omgeving.

Location was close to MTR, restaurants and markets

The height of the tub was challenging for my elderly parents to enter and exit and was a possible slipping hazard. The TV has issues changing the audio level on some channels.

Cleanliness and coziness of the place

The location attached to the shopping mall and it’s underground is convenient to travel to other parts of the city and to get breakfast/small shopping. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4 but quite dated and no complimentary or even drinks for sale. It offered an empty little fridge that was very convenient for us to store our family drinks and water. The roof pool was fabulous and opens until late night which is very nice with the access to an open door jacuzzi.

Our family room looked somehow dated with some stains on the carpet. The bathroom was separated by a glass from the room which did not make my teenager daughter happy but luckily it offered a screen for privacy (which presented some stains and damaged when opened that we felt obliged to report just that would not affect our deposit). The hotel is not currently offering breakfast, which we knew, but they told us at check in that the restaurant was closed. We then found that the hotel had other two restaurants advertised so information was a bit confusing. Overall it doesn’t feel the kind of 5* we have experienced in Dubai or Bangkok days before visiting Hong Kong, I’d say it feels as a 4*. To be fair the pool roof & jacuzzi were 5*, it was really nice compared to the tiny spaces of HK hotels. Location is positive due to proximity to underground in the attached mall but I wouldn’t stay in Mongkok next time, not much around there and the markets are not worth a visit compared to the past (in fact if avoid them) so I’d stay around Victoria Harbour or HK island.

I loved it. No complains. Lovely staff support! In all honesty, the location and the view are amazing. Hence, no complaints. Really loved the swimming cool as well.

Dusty bed :( And the swimming pool was crowded with people despite being a weekdays.
