When we ask where to buy T’s Fudge, the hotel prepares 4 boxes of Fudges as a gift, so touched. I believe the leading hotel of the world alliance hotels are always the best. Thanks to them, what a wonderful ending of our Italian trip.

The location and staff

For Breakfast, there were flies all over the food and servers didn’t do anything about it and immediately was turned off. The charcuterie particularly attracted the flies and all they did was shoo them away and they covered with some of them still in the food. I would expect that for a low grade hotel but not one that is over $1k per night. The rooms weren’t bad but not worth what we paid.

The quality of service is top-notch,

The centrally located hotel is beautifully appointed, but nor ‘too renovated’. Despite having to pander to a certain crowd, it maintains a certain level of authentic, antediluvian grandeur.

The level of service is not at par with Milan’s other 5stars, nor is the staff bubbling over with friendliness and enthusiasm. The decor of the suites too, is seriously lacking and the bedding not particularly comfortable.
