Room was dirty. No lock. Cold water for shower. Cigarette smell in the hotel. Found stuff in cupboard which I don't want my teenage kids to see.

I had a very bad experience at this property. 1 - The property charged me Rs. 200 extra stating that they have received only Rs.1300 from Booking.com and their minimum rom price is Rs.1500 so i had to pay Rs. 200 as i tried reaching booking.com but was unable to connect and till now i have no reply. 2 - No amenities were provided at the hotel. 3 - Jet spray was damaged which after my complaint was changed that too after waiting for about 2 hrs. 4 - Most important is the Bed which was provided. It was a spring mattress bed which would have been too old in which the Cushioning had almost finished or compressed due to which i could feel the Cage and the springs on my back and had difficulty sleeping. When informed the Reception they told that you must have informed this while checkin but nothing could be done now as all rooms are full and we cannot change the mattress. It was a very bad experience and i would never suggest anybody to book this property. Also please remove it from your portal and arrange refund to me for this very bad experience. Please also have a live customer service facility wherein customers can immediately report such issues and get revert immediately rather than waiting for 24hrs.

I noticed there is a lot of dust on the door frame, the sink is leaking, the bed is clean, there are some problems with the elevator.

Upon arrival, I was asked to pay 200 rupees extra even though I had paid the entire due in advance. Receptionist was really rude. Washroom was dirty and the mattress was broken.

Lot of things. Room walls are painted with paan spit. Bathrooms are not clean. The bathroom supplies are not available. Some stale old handwash bottle was lying and no bother to even ask customers. Beds are worst, you can feel the springs and it will be poking your entire back. You'll not be able to sleep. A/C doesnt work properly. Overall, this property can be better closed as there is no existing management here. Also, humble request. Please dont disturb customers at 7 o clock in the morning with some stale breakfast you have to offer. If someone wants it, they will ask you in-prior. Overall a big mistake and the photos on the app are deceptive. Dont fall onto the trap. Definitely not recommendable to any age group travellers.

The place is too shady, the rooms were not well maintained, the bathrooms were not clean. I had to tell the staff many times to just come and clean the bathroom.
