The hotel is really near to the train station and a big bus station so you can easily find it. There are stores, supermarkets nearby. The staff were really sweet and helpful + they helped with our luggages as well.

The only problem is that there is no elevator and with big luggages it's hard because even the reception is on a higher level but that's the only "bad thing".

No soundisolation at all (you can hear your neighbors) and extremely loud cleaning services early morning

Only downside is no elevator, be prepared to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs. Would definitely stay here again

Very quiet, the bed is a little harder which is perfect (not as soft as other hotels), very friendly reception, it was no issue to check in at 11:30pm or to leave early at 5:45am. Perfect if you wish to visit cinque terre and don't want to book a fancy hotel in La Spezia. Brignole Train station is literally 200 seconds away, you only need to cross one street.

The only thing we liked was the proximity to the train station Genova Brignole and to the city center. The staff from the reception was nice and helpful.

I think one of the important features a hotel room should have is to assure a good sleep to its customers. This was not the case! The room we've got had the window next to a commercial gallery and it was poor isolated. It was very noisy, we could hear all the people yelling outside all night long and the cars. It was like sleeping outside, litteraly. Please consider some investment in this regard. The room has very thin walls so you can also hear the noise from other rooms. Very weird smell inside the room. Definitely not a 3 star hotel, they should reconsider the room pricing. Wont return here. Wouldnt recommend! Such a pity, one of the worst experiences we had as travelers!

somewhat impersonal. I arrived late in the evening. The personnel was impeccable, but lacked the kind of communication that makes you feel at home. Check out at 7:30 in the morning was equally efficient, but cold -- no request for needs, breakfast, or something.

The room was big, nice, clean and with classic and very cosy design. The receptionist was too kind and nice. Definitely a place we would like to come back to.

I go to Genova for family business so this place is all about location for me--perhaps for other tourist types it would be lacking but for my business purposes I find it super great for its location, cleanliness and proximity to the train station and many, many bus lines!!

For my needs, it fulfiulls all I need as I am usually there on family business!
