Location ok

a bit expensive, the staff still eating while serving customers.

Central location, very clean , staff clean the room daily , value for money

Need a 3 pin plug inside toilet for shaver & should supply hair dryer.

1) The indian girl staff lazy and not friendly. She playing game and talking phone when I arrive then I standing there until I call her. 2) Hotel doesn’t have slipper, floor very wet when I check in. 3) Very poor sound insulation

Actually I don't like the environment for this hotel.

Don't have lift.The room smelly.The Wall paint off.

The location is superb. Convenient with many shops nearby

Could have better ventilation for bathroom and the room.

Nothing i didnt like.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room and a Family Double Room. The Family Double Room was big with plenty of space to move around even with 2 queen beds in it. It even had a ledge next to the big window you can sit on. Faced the park so the view was nice. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Location was great, near to AEON, MacD and Osman Restaurant which had the best satay I've tasted in a long time.

The Deluxe Double Room stank of cigarette smoke. Hardly any space to stand and dress. It has no window. We were supposed to get the room with a widow facing the park but the staff told us that the previous occupant had extended their stay and did not want to vacate the room. The hotel has no lift/elevator. Good thing our rooms were just up one flight of stairs.

Many eateries around to choose from. Staffs are helpful and courteous.

Room space with double bed is rather squeezy. Wall is thin enough to be able to hear people talking and flushing of toilet next door.
