located directly near the beach and two nice cafes in front of the building. one French bakery where you can buy fresh bread and ice cream. everything within El Cotillo can be reached by walking, two supermarkets are close by one 4 minutes walk the bigger one 10 minutes walk. if you have a car you can park around the block anywhere for free or even in front if free slots. the apartment is very spacious, very clean and bright. All necessities are there and the host is very friendly and welcoming. always available via WhatsApp. with the apartment comes a balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or sun. it is not noisy or any disturbances from neighbors.

Location, but unfortunately without view to the ocean. Quite comfortable and clean flat. Friendly and helpful owners.

Please change mattresses, these are too soft and not the best for good sleeping. This is only one negative. Everything else was perfect.

The hosts Giovanna and Andres are super kind. We were welcomed right when we got there, they gave nice tips for places to visit and things to do and were very helpful. The appartment is very clean also, and has a nice shower. We're surfers so this was a perfect place as for that, you can put your boards on the balcony, hang your wetsuits to dry after washing them in the shower, and wipe away the sand easily. Also you can always park infront of the door and there is a super nice French bakery 5 steps from the appartment that offers great breakfast and good coffee every day.

The pictures of the appartment showed a particular atmosphere which was one of the main reasons we went here, with nice plants, pillows, a cute carpet etc. When we got there, all these nice details were removed from the appartment so the atmosphere is not what was promised at all. It's just a big white appartment with no atmospheric details. Also the bed is very small so for a tall person you cannot fit in the bed (my boyfriend who's 1,90 had to sleep on the sofa because he didn't fit in the bed and thereby left after 6 days with huge backpain and almost no sleep at all). It's really hot and there's no fan to cool it down so you have to open the windows to make it a bit more comfortable (and we weren't even in the hottest period) but then it's SUPER noisy. We could hear the neighbours literally peeing as if they were in our room, and heard them watching Netflix and making phonecalls every night until late. This could easily be fixed by putting a fan in the appartment so I don't understand why this is not done yet.
