Sehr viele Mängel in der Wohnung, und auch draußen. Lose Deckenverkleidung, mit Panzertape geklebte Dachbalken innen, mit Silikon reparierte Fußleisten, schiefe Terrassenüberdachung außen, Badewannenbeschichtung defekt, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche gequollen, Kühlschrank viel zu hoch eingebaut- mit Hocker davor, Köcher in den Wänden von alten Heizkörpern, etc. etc. Leider haben wir keinen Vermieter gesehen.

Räumlichkeiten hätten viel Potenzial… Nur leider sehr viele Schäden an Ausstattung und Räumlichkeit sowie gar keine Pflege des Gartens und des Mobiliars!

The house is located 10’ walking from Europa Park. Very convenient. The neighborhood is very pretty

Beautiful apartment, clean. and roomy. cool yard and we made a fire in the fireplace outside. perfect location. free shuttle to Europa picks up a block away

Ok distance to Europa Park. Clean rooms, comfy beds and moders kitchen equipement.

The patio was dirty and unkept. Didnt matcu the picture but has a great potential if tended to. Few shops in the area.

Easy to collect the keys, apartment was very roomy with the entire backyard/patio to this particular unit.

The only downside was Black mold on the wall and the pull out couch in the living room. We let the owner know immediately; however, they didn’t respond for over 24 hours.
