It was a great property. Close to stores and convenient. We had a wonderful time!!!

The property was very nice. It felt spacious with 4 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs and it was very clean. The property was in a good location for all the hikes we wanted to go on and was only about 20 minutes away from the city. Ample dishes are supplied but no dish rack to dry was available. There was a dish washer but seemed like a waste for a only a few dirty dishes. A dust pan was provided but no broom. The hot tub was also nice but the man who serviced it came in through the back fence which was slightly startling. The quiet hours are supposed to be from 10p to 8a to be within the rules of the HOA but there were dogs barking all night in neighboring houses. We had a problem with the water due to construction in the other unit but we reached out to the property management and it was fixed within an hour. Overall, it was a great house and would stay again

Great ski location!
this was a great spot for our family of 4 to enjoy a quick ski trip to Utah. Location can't be beat for both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons, and close to a grocery store (very convenient)! Kids especially enjoyed the game table in the basement!

Cottonwood Canyon skiing
The house is very well located, although it is missing a place to hang coats, put skis & boots, etc. upon returning from the slopes. The hot tub was wonderful and the few issues we had were addressed quickly by the management company.

Lovely and comfortable home near entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon
We had a great stay at this home. The kitchen is well appointed and its open layout into the living room and eating area makes it easy to spend time with others while cooking. The beds were comfortable.
The hot tub was quite enjoyable, although it’s probably nearing the end of its serviceable life. Just prior to our stay we were told that it was working but was quite loud and that a replacement part was in the way. Our early check in was accommodated without charge as a result - thank you! The part ended up being installed before we arrived and there was no noticeable noise, however the filter didn’t seem to be working well and the temperature dipped noticeably within a few minutes of the cover being removed. There weren’t enough towels for us to shower and also use the hot tub, only for one or the other.
The property is a duplex and we never heard any noise from the guests on the other side except when they were using their hot tub which is on the other side of the fence right next to the hot tub for this unit.
It snowed during our stay and we weren’t able to find a snow shovel. We realized at about 3am that this was because a snow removal company is contracted; it was quite a surprise to wake from a dead sleep to realize that there was someone right outside the master bedroom sliding door shoveling.
We would suggest adding a coat tree or coat rack inside the front door to hang jackets. There is no coat closet and we ended up using the back of the couch to pile coats when entering the house.
The house is excellently positioned for easy access to both Cottonwood Canyons and the 6200 S I-215 exit. A large grocery store is about a block away. Restaurant options are an easy drive away. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a fun stay and would come back for future visits.

Great place! Great location!
Cozy comfortable home in the Cottonwood Heights neighborhood. Great experience overall. Hot Tub is abysmal. Should be removed and replaced. Jets don’t work well calcified and leaking. Better off taking a hot bath. If the property owners fixed this the place would be perfect! Still a great stay. Just stay away from the hottub.

Enjoyed my stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, seasonings and glasses. The refrigerator was clean. The basement offered games such as ping pong, pool and books to read. There are 2 fireplaces for winter stays. The location of the home is central to fantastic restaurants and places to see. There is a Smiths market 1 block away. Nice neighborhood to walk. The jucuzzi had a leak around the bottom but it was being tended to by a spa company who filled it weekly. I love the location of this place and plan to return.

Perfect experience! House was very clean with all the necessities including small fans! We had the best time and loved the location and Hot Tub. The Management Team answered all of our questions and was available in the evening, Wow!

Cute townhome in great location
Cute little townhome in great location near big cottonwood canyon. We loved how close it was to the grocery store (3-5 minute walk) and had some fun amenities for the kids like the hot tub and sport table that tripled as a ping pong table, pool table or air hockey.
We did wish the kitchen had a few more items such as a griddle for cooking breakfast for the family and things like a casserole dish, but all in all it had what we needed and was comfortable. The downstairs room in the basement had twin beds and could use a little updating or maybe just brightening up...my 7 year old wouldnt want to sleep down there but it was fine for teenagers.
We enjoyed our time though and would recommend this property :)

Great place & location
Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the grocery store and ski shop (for rentals), plus a short drive to the 4 major ski resorts in the canyons. The hot tub was also a nice bonus to have after a full day of skiing and riding. Thanks again!

Thanksgiving holiday
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this property. From start to finish everyone involved was incredibly responsive and helpful. It snowed heavily while we were there, and yet every morning, someone had shoveled the snow, and later in the week put out the trash. We ended up having a question about an electrical breaker that had tripped, and the property management and the owner were all over it, and helped to resolve the question right away. We will definitely be back in town visiting family, and will stay here again in the future!
