Just returned after a weeks stay had a fantastic holiday,The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the ferry also very comfortable and well equipped could not want for anything, Steve the property manager was very helpful and informative. The only negative is the garden it’s in some desperate need of TLC it’s very tired and with some loose decking and coping stones on the wall needs attention ASAP the photos of the garden are out of date.The plus point is the garden furniture is very comfortable which made up for the tired Garden.

We had a really lovely time at Sandbanks. Great apartment for location to beach and more or less everything else. Apartment really nice, everything there you could want. Steve really helpful.. Hope to be back next year.

Location perfect for beaches & touring the area. We chose it for elderly relative with mobility issues. The area has many flat level paths and walks. Our expectations were high with the location and the property description. The apartment however, was dirty. The fridge had mould in it as did the ensuite, no extractor fan. The ensuite shower drain needs clearing, water at risk of overflowing the tray. The lounge had cobwebs on the wall. The dishwasher filter was caked in fat and filthy inside as was the oven. Dishwasher and kettle needed descaling. No wine glasses, no tea pot. Pots and pans were dirty. The list goes on regarding crockery et al. In general the place was tired and needs a deep clean. The positives were that as a base to visit local attractions and beaches it was perfect. Area isn't cheap for dining out or coffees but the range of eateries is wide and varied. Quiet location and garden private with comfortable furniture. Host helpful with issues.

Fantastic location, a few minutes stroll to either Sandbanks beach or to the ferry to take you over to Studland. The property was clean, modern and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the patio furniture was so comfortable! Beds were good too. Communication with Steve was great, he was so helpful. We really appreciated the text to say we could occupy the property much earlier than the scheduled time. Thanks Steve, we look forward to coming back soon

The property was above expectations. Excellent location , very spacious light and airy . Great large outdoor space and all very modern . Host was very communicative and helpful . Truly couldn’t wish for more . I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit !

We needed dog friendly accommodation for three adults and of course 'doggo', near to the gorgeous dog friendly sands of Sandbanks.
This property ticked every box. Spacious, clean, and well appointed with two parking spaces. Could not fault it, even down to the welcome pack. Managed by Steve who was very helpful. Will definitely be back. Fabulous. Thank you.

Very nice, spacious apartment in wonderful Sandbanks. Very close to the beach and ferry. Well appointed with enough space to coexist with a 15 and 12 year old. Brilliant conservatory for drying beach things and tidy garden for quiet sitting in the sunshine.

Excellent Property
The property was well proportioned and had excellent facilities. The overall decor was tasteful and comfortably furnished.
The outside space was generous and south facing with comfortable sitting and eating areas. Everything was within walking / cycling distance - beach / bars and restaurants making it easy to leave the car on the drive if one wished.

Sandbanks getaway
A great property in a good location on Sandbanks.
Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process.
The property had everything we needed, appliances and Wi-Fi, as well as a good sized garden which got both the morning and afternoon sun. Perfect for relaxing and we felt at home straight away.
We look forward to coming back again soon.

Home Sweet Home
We had a very good stay 2 weeks at the apartment. A lovely garden to sit in and the joy of being able to park our car without paying. I can say the bed was extremely comfortable. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic property and great communication
Gorgeous property with plenty of space and was great for hosting. Very clean and homely and perfect location in Sandbanks. The owners knew it was my birthday during my stay so they very kindly had a balloon, bottle of prosecco and lovely soap on arrival as gifts- very personal and they definitely went the extra mile which they didn't need to do! Will definitely book again. :)

Family holiday
We had a great time. The area is fantastic with a great beach for children and adults. Bit of a drive needed for pub food and amusements etc. But easy to get to. Property was clean tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely modern and clean apartment in a great location.
Very well equipped and nice to be able to relax even with two 3yr olds with everything being on 1 level and also having a private garden. Loved it here and would definitely recommend. It is as good as it looks in the pictures! The owner was also very helpful sending lots of info and checking to make sure everything OK.

Fantastic location!
What a great week we have had in sandbanks. The apartment it literally over the road from the beach which the kids loved and we went every day no matter the weather. They enjoyed the ferry rides and we went into Poole a couple of times for drinks and food which was lovely. The apartment was very clean and the owner was always contactable should we have needed him. Thank you Steve! We will definitely be back.

Great place, great location
This was a wonderful place the stay. The check-in process was easy and the host was really helpful.
The place itself was just the right size with everything we would need. Decent sized rooms, lounge/kitchen and garden.
Location also great just a few minutes from the beach and the beach trolley was really handy. Also a good base from which to hop on the ferry to the wonderful beaches on the other side of the water and visit the Jurassic coast.
Would highly recommend.

Lovely property close to the fantastic beach of Sandbank
I had a great summer vacation at this wonderful property which is 5 minutes walk away from Sandbank beach. The property is modern, clean, with good facilities, and games for kids. Highly recommended!

Overall a fantastic experience.
Bright, Spacious, apartment with everything that you need, with the added benefit of a gem of a garden that was secluded and peaceful, the perfect spot for a pre dinner drink after a day at the beach!!!

We had a great experience renting this flat. The property manager is very attentive and accommodating. The flat is nicely appointed, great stay for teens, dogs and the adults.
