Great house for 3 families with kids. We will rent it again for our next ski trip.

The entire house was amazing and extremely roomy. View is spectacular. There was an ice storm on the the day of our arrival and our rental was inaccessible. Vacasa pulled through and opened up Coopers Run for us. This is our 7th annual family winter vacation( not always to DeepCreek) but again, it was an awesome weekend. The only downfall was the heat. We couldn't quite get the thermostat to work and we put in a few calls but we didn't get a response until Monday morning. 20 minutes after we checked out. On their behalf, I'm sure it was a crazy weekend with the weather. Vacasa sent me an email and said that would be compensating for the mishap. All in all, it was an AMAZING TRIP. THANK YOU VACASA

The house could be lovely but is in need of a deep clean, landscaping, updating inside, and some kitchen items. We were very excited for this house because the pictures looked great. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. There was a dead bat on the floor and mouse droppings in many places. We were notified the day before we arrived we would not have the hot tub. When we did arrive the A/C did not work. Luckily they did get someone out quickly to fix it. The best thing was our view of fireworks. More trees need taken down or trimmed to make the view better though. I would love to give this house a better review, but it there is just too much that disappointed us.

The house was beautiful. The view was breathtaking and management was responsive to our requests. My family is looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and are talking of doing it again next year. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The only issue I saw was the amount of dead flies in the upstairs bedrooms by the doors. But otherwise it was lovely

I wasn't impressed with the decor at all. It needs some serious updating. New living room furniture. New area rugs. New lamps. The master bedrooms bath feels like you're in a public bathroom. There's not one thing on the walls. It seems like they took whatever old stuff they had and threw it in there. The TVs in the upstairs bedrooms are too small for the size of the bedrooms. One didn't work at all. The downstairs mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Bedspreads are old and shabby. But besides the decor, working with VRBO was great. They fixed the internet problem and the hot tub within 15minutes of me notifying them. Very helpful.

Right when you walk in this magnificent home it feels like you landed on a perfect vacation. Although there was not sufficient snow for good skiing (what we came for) we had plenty of fun playing games, making snacks, and watching movies all with the backdrop of the river.

Mixed Feelings
Easy check in/out process. Location and view as advertised. Able to easily text with rental management throughout.
Floors were dirty, external doors hard to open, poor lighting in dining area. Master bathroom shower door broke on first day (still unclear whether there will be additional charges) and other appliances appeared to be reaching end of life.

Property stunk of sewage right outside front doors. Floors so filthy our feet were black. Property nowhere near lake. Light switches impossible to figure out. All doors downstairs stuck, did not close all the way, no privacy. For an occupancy of up to 15, there were too few plates, way too few silverware, no spoons. Expected to run dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. Windows facing lake filthy. We killed at least 12 ants inside the cabin. Never used hot tub because of sewage stench.
