Lovely clean house and very well equipped apartment with beautiful views. We spent a quiet week there. Beautifully done conversion of an old building into modern tourist apartments, Very nice garden and pool, everything well maintained. Lovely welcome basket with fruit and local produce. Beautiful views from the cliff with the possibility of watching the sunrise. A well-prepared information booklet. We tried all the recommended restaurants / you have to add yet Poco Azul to the list/. Neusa was very helpful. A car is necessary to visit all the attractions of Sao Miguel. Highly recommended facility!

The flat is very well equipped, with a nice chimney and fantastic views to the Ocean. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The place is simply impeccable!

Welcome basket including milk, tea, coffee, butter, jam, fruits, and bread. Easy and quick communication with the host via Booking.com app. Fast internet speed 100/50 Mbps. Shared laundry room on site. Quiet location with nice sea/cliff view. Masks, hand sanitizer, and emergency kit provided in the apartment. the cleaning lady was there to help with check-in although she does not speak any English.

Unfortunately this cute country house did not work for us. My hubby did not stay there and went back to Ponta Delgada. There were way too many flies and insects in the room when we checked in. No fly/bug trap. Difficult to open and close the door. Musty smell throughout the entire apartment and it was overwhelming. Dark living room and bathroom. No electric kettle in the kitchen. The closest restaurant about 11-12 min drive. Restaurante Poço Azul is highly recommended. Ended up taking a loss and checking out 2 days earlier because of the conditions as well as lock down during Easter. Sadly this is the worst lodging experience we have ever had in Azores.

The old tea factory is located in the northeastern part of the island on a cliff, overseeing the ocean. It's the perfect location to enjoy the calmness and astonishing views of this island. We stayed in the "casa do meio" where we had the pleasure of enjoying a 3bedroom minimalistic and highly modernized old factory house. Neusa was always very helpful and answered all of our questions. She also brought us fresh, local bread every morning and upon our arrival we received delicious Azorean fruit. The pool is lovely and allows you to go for a quick swim, or just relax on the sunbed while looking at the ocean. And may I add how wonderful it was being awaken by the sound of the waves slashing in the cliffs mixed with the cow's from the surrounding fields mooing. A rental car is definitely recommended during your stay!

Host was great and very accommodating. Lovely clean house with beautiful views. The only downfall is that there is not many restaurants near the house however we didn’t mind as we had a kitchen and we cooked. Was great
