Everything!!

It was a great location and the house was absolutely beautiful! It snowed the first night and was picturesque! The hot tub made it very relaxing! We would love to rent it again!

It would help to have directions to different tv’s and thermostats.

The house was big and beautiful. The pool table in the basement provided most of the entertainment. The view was pretty nice as well.

So where do I start? The main reason I rented the property was for the big Hot Tub. Upon arrival, I tried turning on the hot tub and realized that the water was flowing but was not heating up and the jets and the radio weren't working. I called the host and they said they would send someone within the hour or by the morning. No one ever came and the next day I called and they said they didn't know when they could send someone because everyone was busy. I didn't want to argue but my sister thought this was unacceptable and waited 1hr on the phone to get a supervisor. They then said someone would come within the next hour. When the guy got there his first words to me were "I'm not a hot tub expert but I can check it out". He looked at it for 2 mins and said he would have to get a tech to come out but not sure when they would arrive or he could try to move us to another property in the area with a hot tub. We did not want to move 7 of us after we had already checked in because our stay was only for 4 days. He then called me back later in the day and said he found out that it was a known issue and a part had already been ordered for the hot tub. Why did they rent to me if they knew the hot tub wasn't working? I would have never rented the property if I knew this. So very disappointed. My whole birthday trip was ruined as the hot tub was the main reason we rented. In addition, 3 out of 4 tvs did not work or were missing a remote. The main tv in the living room did not have cable as they claimed, only free live over the air channels. The kitchen was minimally stocked and the coffee maker was leaking and unusable. I guess this is what happens when you rent from a corporation as opposed to an owner. They hide behind the corp and no one takes responsibility. I would not recommend this property unless they fix these issues.

The property is beautiful. The location is amazing. Just some other issues.

The sheets and comforters were extremely dirty.

Location was nice.

Instructions sheet for the hot tub could have been provided. A map for over flow parking and trash compactor could be provided. Sofa, freezer, hose for hot tub can be repaired. House could have been prepared better.

Loved the space in the house. Loved the location. Loved the hot tub when it worked and the fire pit when it worked. Will definitely book here again despite the poor preparation.

The biggest draw to this particular house was the firepit and the hot tub. When we arrived the firepit was out of gas. I called and texted the number provided and no one got back to me until the next day and we did not receive propane until late afternoon. Then the grill ran out of propane so we had to use new propane tank that we got for the firepit for the grill as well. The hot tub came with no instructions and the by the second day the hot tub was at 76 degrees. We spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong until someone finally got back to me. The house also did not have the map to where we throw out the garbage. Poor preparation but amazing house
